Had the unfortunate experience of hitting a deer with my truck, and my first thought was innovative. I contacted insurance and it was a breeze coordinating with the team at innovative! They were quick and got everything all lined up in no time! When I took it in, my truck was done so quick and it looked brand new! They did an absolute amazing job and I couldn’t be more grateful to have such a great body shop here in town!

I wouldn't recommend them. The bumper was installed crooked, and the passages side panel didn't line up. There's some kind of glue on the inside passage door that oozed out that was not cleaned up. The 3m that was put on was full of air bubbles and didn't line up with the rest of it, 2 car washes, and it would have peeled off. I gave him 2 attempts to make it right. He takes no pride in his work. He couldn't.For that, I wouldn't recommend them to nobody. Don't waste your time going there.

While it is never fun to have a collision with an animal I was thankful that the j-walking buck got up and ran off. My truck was not so lucky! the grille, hood, bumper and headlight frame were all visibly damaged. There was also damage to the A/C rad, but I could still drive it. I was upset that my take away soup had spilled all over the floor! Note to self...secure cargo! My insurance company found Innovative Collision Center in Lac la Biche. They were friendly and efficient, although there was a delay getting parts, whether due to COVID-19 or the Christmas holiday season, I'm not sure. Imagine how happy I was to see my truck sparkling clean and repaired when I picked it up, but, over and above......the whole interior was spotless! It hasn't been that clean since I bought it, two years ago. Even the old blanket that I carry for the dogs was neatly folded on the back seat. Thank you, Innovative Collision Center. Great way to start the new year!
