Godwin Pok Yin Tang
Poor skin doctor. He just look at the wound area and said it was hurt. He never had a touch on the area to investigate what is caused on the wound. Someone used an eyebow pen to draw some marks on the arm and he misunderstood it was the wounds! Ha ha ha!
