My experience has been amazing. Learning new skills to become a better parent has increased the quality of life for me and my children. I am excited for every class. Also, the support and connections I’ve made with the instructor and parents has been invaluable.

Brigid is an outstanding coach and has personally helped me through many of my problems in which I had never thought I’d get past. She takes different approaches to your situations as opposed to your average coach. Whenever we have a session I always see her writing down what I’m saying and relaying back to give her impression of what I’m conveying and it’s very helpful! If you’re looking for an amazing coach, Brigid is your person to go to.

I have done a couple workshops with Bridgid and have loved them all. Currently I am part of her Regenerative parenting Group. Bridgid has been very helpful creating a safe space to help work through parenting challenges and learning techniques to practice. It has been wonderful to join other parents and realize we all have the same struggles in one way or another. I always thought no one can help I can do this. I finally reached out as parenting just kept getting harder. I'm glad I did I have more to work on but feel more joy in my parenting.

Bridgid is such a kind soul and her passion for parent coaching really shows in the way she talks and engages with other parents. Her approach is so warm and non judgement, it’s impossible to not open up. I had a session with her where I was venting about a frustrating situation and mid rant, I panicked that I would be judged or feel shamed for not reacting in the “right way.” The way she proceeded in the conversation was so wise as she gently and thoughtfully guided me as I processed and we worked on tools together to help in the future. Having kids older than mine is helpful as she can mentor from a lived experience. I would highly recommend her for parenting coaching and her circles.
