FAST TIME WATCH & JEWELLERY REPAIR

Called in the morning for a jewellery repair quote. Spoke to Liz. Was pleased and happy with the quote Liz gave me. Went back in the afternoon and Liz handled my repair in seconds. Quick and very efficient. Highly recommend!

I've taken 4 watches to have the batteries replaced. The asst replaced all batteries, set all 4 watches in less than 20 mins. 5 STARS!

I took a gold chain here for repair and shortly after their 30 day policy was over the repair failed and and the soldering is no longer even there. The lady working there was basically like that is the policy and refused to help and said I would have to pay the almost $60 again, which is actually an insane price especially if with in about a month it broke again. Do not take any repair here. They do not stant behind their work and only care about a policy! So disappointing

I needed some work done on my mechanical watch - the metal strap had become detached from the base, battery needed replacing, and strap needed an extension. Liz spent a few moments to analyze the watch and then proceeded to restore it to its former glory, and I was amazed how fast she was at her craft! Really appreciate the effort Liz!

Owner provided quick battery replacement, very nice and also entertained my questions as she took apart my watch. Very informative, professional and pleasant!

I have changed my review rating and left the original comments below. Management did try to avail the issue which I declined as it wasn't a dollar value I was after. I will give them the benefit of the doubt that their scanner may have been off on pricing and other than the cost of the batteries, the clerk did do the repairs fairly quickly. So I guess it pays to reach out to customers when it comes to ratings, went from one star to four.Well, I had brought several watches in for battery replacements and to buy some new bands. I had picked a silicone one, where the price fair. Then I picked one for a Timex watch with a price tag of $10.95. I was next told since I had two chronograph watches the battery replacement would be almost $19.00 as if they were something special. I could have done these replacements myself, but I guess I was paying for the free install. I asked Erika the rep to repeat the cost of the repairs to me and it turns out she raised the price of the lower price band and then told me she gave me a discount for buying multiple items. She lied outright about the price of the cheaper band. I didn't complain and paid my bill, but the goal of this place was to make as much as they could per customer in my opinion. I will not be going back in spite of them saying that their battery prices are fair as they are not. Being opportunistic with every customer that comes in should not be the expectation. I spent just under $74.00 for two band's and two batteries, but there will be no repeat business from me. Being shady isn't attractive. I guess she didn't think that I saw the price. Just to be clear I could have bought a $10.00 band, but instead the one I liked was$24.00 so I wasn't being overly stingy.There was no misunderstanding, the band price said $10.95 and she charged $12.95. I know I wasn't confused. The cost of the batteries was definitely over priced, as Walmart had them for $2.99 and this was in the same mall.

A small watch shop inside Fairview park mall. I went to this shop to get the battery of my watches replaced and the lady working there is friendly and she does the repair or replacement. Although not the cheapest in the area for battery replacement (Fossil $18 and Rado $18), maybe it depends on the brand of the watch, but the quality of work is awesome and not a scratch on my watches. Battery replacement happens only 2-3yrs and I’ll surely be back to this place when that time comes.

I went to get my gold bracelet repaired because it was broken and they were really quick with it. Nice staff. Decent prices. Highly recommend this place.
