Wish i could give them stars in minus. Waited here for 2 days to pick a live load and still had to leave without getting loaded. The security does not know anything coz there is 0 communication between the security and the JBS company. They dont respect your time so its better to stay away from this place. Very disappointed.

Best time to come to this place is night because you get nice security guards like Mason and Dane. These two guys was super nice and helped me to pick up my load quickly. If you come during day you will find this place rude because of the lady security guard that works here during day time. She is very unprofessional, rude. Hope this helps someone.

African Security Guards at this location are the worst Security I have ever seen at any business. They have no clue what they are doing and at the same time they have very poor communication skills. For first time delivery drivers the signs posted on site are very confusing/limited. All the commercial drivers end up towards the meat shipping/receiving side even if they are picking up dry van products (hay). It wastes a lot of time until the dry van drivers get to their right destination.

I had a really bad experience from this location. They don't even deserve a star. It took them three and half days to load the trailer. When i asked to guard they don't know when load will be ready. Really rude attitude towards truck drivers. Have a nice day truckers.......

This place is a joke, they can talk to you how ever they want and when you don't tolerate their abuse they call you abusive. Wow, very incompetent people, asking for the same documentation over and over or having to rewiegh over and over. Security is just very stupid. Sorry, just no other way to say it...

Already 18 hours after appointment to pickup preloaded trailer and no paperwork or eta on paperwork,weird that they know what to put in trailer but not how to forward a bill of lading to security so i can get on with my life

Worst experience ever had dropped trailer on monday and it’s thursday still not loaded. Also when I ask them how much more time will you take there answer is DON’T KNOW we will call you when it’s done.
