Friendly folks every step of the way. We went through a referral and was not disappointed. Mark was extremely helpful and easy-going, no pressure in trying different beds, he educated us on the pros and cons of each selection based on our initial criteria, and gave us plenty of time to decide. Delivery folks were also friendly and efficient. Took off their shoes as they entered the house, put the mattress where we wanted, and took care of the packaging.

Raman was knowledgeable, helpful, calming, and very patient with me while I was searching for mattress. I knew very little about mattresses but I felt very relieved to be helped by Raman. Got an item that was available locally, but only if you wanted to buy sight unseen. The staff were great to deal with. The 2 gentlemen who did the delivery/setup showed great professionalism

I had never shopped at WR Mattress before, but I certainly will again! Jaime was so helpful with my choice of a mattress and even advised me on where to get sheets, as I got a twin extra long. The delivery and set up of the mattress was timely, I was given a one hour window. The guys came in and the bed was set up within a few minutes. Very happy with my purchase

I bought my mattress over 5 years ago from Mark, hope he is well, he sounded like a smooth salesman, which made me skeptical at the time. Well I can say he is definitely not the snake kind of smooth, rather the real deal. Over these year I have lost count on the compliments I receive for the mattress, which wasn't even the most expensive one (it was one level down ie not Ironman). I came back to this site to give my friend the referral and felt the need to leave this review. I am amazed and what a hidden gem of a product this is and recommend to everyone, as it speaks for itself. Thank you WR great job.

Would totally recommend WR Mattress Gallery. Jamie is great to work with. Helpful, understanding, knowledgeable and very accommodating to work with delivery times. We changed our minds on bed size and they easily and quickly got it all fixed. Happy the company makes the mattresses in BC. The delivery young gentlemen were great. Jacob and Sahil took their time to make sure nothing got bumped or scratched and were very polite and friendly.Thank you to the whole team for making our purchase worth while!

This was the best mattress shopping experience I've ever had at WR. From the salesman Mark to Raman and even their amazing delivery team, the entire experience was amazing to say the least. I've finally had the chance to sleep on my new Pure Energy mattress and it has not disappointed at all. In store, I really liked how Mark explained every detail of the bed I was purchasing, was very patient with my family and I, and super personable. Highly, highly recommend everyone to come here for their next mattress. I've been to other stores like Sleep Country and WR is just levels above.

I am so happy I bought from WR Mattress four years ago! I was pleased then and I am again now in 2023. I had a couple of questions and needed help recently with some wiring so stopped into the store on my way home. Within hours, my adjustable bed was working perfectly. It seems rare to experience this level of customer service lately. Jaime and her team and Dave are great.
