Food was alright! Missed a bit of flavours and salt, but was ok! Service could’ve been better, food came in 1 hour and a half after we ordered. We waited for desert and coffees for a while just to learn from our waitress that their system had problems and they were trying to work things out. The two floor managers looked like they had issues with some other customers so

Omg the bread grill did it for me. Good food for reasonable prices.I had the pizza which was decent.My friends had the veal which they liked a lot.The Caesar salad was goodThe apple crumble was heavenly.

The wait staff was just not good no other way to explain it … never asked if anyone wanted a another drink .. never asked how the meal was after it was served.. had to ask for water glasses to begin, after he provided only two to a table of 4Not the Pacini experience

This is the BEST and Finest high-end French restaurant!!! It is absolutely the best dining experience I have ever had. I will always highly recommend this restaurant to my friends in my lifetime. And if I could I will give it 7 stars.I have been there twice this year. My husband and I have been to Quebec city this April, and that was my first time heard about this restaurant, then I fell in love with this place afterward

It was ok. I ordered shrimp pasta with garlic bread. Pasta was average but the bread was burnt. I don’t know how chefs can let burn food get out of the kitchen.

It's a nice place, a little pricey for what we ordered, but the food was good and the service was nice. Making reservations online was not as successful giving the restaurant never had our reservations and thought it was for Alma and the wrong date. Finding out it was their mistake,but gave us a table anyways.

Well the bread bar was depleted of supplies and the power went out.We couldn't be served even when the power went out. They either were unable to reboot the system or just didn't want to.They explained that all the orders and bills were dependent on the computer system. What ever happened to pen and paper?We had to scramble to find another restaurant that was still open.The menu looked promising but we did not get to try it!
