Warning ** Poor customer service, awful communication and multiple lies.We ordered our doors last August and were given a delivery date of the 1st of the year. My wife and and I have called multiple times asking for an approximate delivery date, we were put on hold with no answer, told they would call us back or said they would be on the next truck.We are now in March and still dealing with this issue. Last time my wife called, she was told there was a delay at the manufacturer and that they would reach out to them and confirm a new day.Again - no return call or email as promised.Our follow up calls and been met with rude comments such as “you and everyone else are waiting for doors”. Not acceptable Anchor!

About 15 weeks ago, I reached out and requested service on my broken door panel. Received a quick visit by the tech, he was very good - he took the measurements and promised someone will call me back within the next few days. After not receiving a call for over 2 weeks, I called the office and they asked me who was the technician on site as they could not find anything. I provided techs phone number to help them track this down. I was told that someone will call me back within a week with a quote, but again, nobody did. I called again 2 weeks later and finally got someone who promised me that door panel is on the order and they will call me back when it is ready. I called again two weeks later as I have not heard back, and was told they will call the supplier and call me back. Nobody called me back again. This was repeated for the next 2 months. I call every 2 weeks, they promise a call-back and nothing. This morning I was told that they had no luck contacting Wayne something or other" who is the supplier of this panel. Apparently

Don’t bother with Anchor Doors. My concerns for a brand new door under warranty were met with underwhelming customer service. Even with photo evidence there was zero follow up.

New garage doors & they look great. Dylan was super-friendly, explained the process and made sure everything was perfect before he left our home. Thank you for the excellent work!

I recently just installed a new motor for my parent's garage door and realized that spring on the doors was faulty.I called Anchor Doors, and the lady I spoke with was very pleasant. She scheduled me in for the same day service, which was very convenient.Mike came out, diagnosed the issue, and installed new springs at a reasonable time.He is very knowledgeable, answered my questions & even assisted with some extras.We highly recommend Anchor Doors & Service!

Very happy with their service. Was quick, no hassle. From the first contact to make an appointment (very friendly), to the technician (very efficient), to the payment over the phone (easy and convenient). They replaced the coils on my garage and installed a new garage door opening system in no time. Thanks for the pleasant service :)

Had a new garage door installed in October and couldn't be happier with our purchase. Had to have them come back in June for an adjustment and have to say their customer service is second to none. We highly recommend Anchor Doors for their sales and service.
