I honestly love this place, came to get my boyfriend new boots and Marissa was helpful knew what he needed when I tried/failed to describe the boots he wanted and now he has boots he loves

I came in 20 minutes before closing time and Lauren stayed past closing to make sure I was satisfied. Lauren is a great worker who loves her job, would recommend to anyone buying footwear

Staff was very helpful and super helpful. The work boots are a bit pricey but considering I got 8 years out of mine and could've made them last longer if I would have oiled more often make them more than worth it. Most guys I work with get 2 or 3 years out of a pair of boots. Also got them to install toe cap, did a good job

March 1st 3:00pm the girl with colored hair working here seemed reluctant to help me and also seemed pretty upset at me being their, so I will not be buying boots here. I did not feel welcome.

Nice place went with s friend to check out boots. Staff was helpful. They have a in-store foot analyzer that finds your size and type. Expensive boots but word of mouth tells me their boots are the best. They also have gloves belts toques and boot care products.

I did not find a pair of boots this time, but I had a great experience with the sales clerk. He did a great job trying to find me something in my size and that would meet my needs. They carry great product line at competitive prices.

I recently went to this store to buy some new steal toes for work. The sales representative Marisa was a great help. She helped me find a great pair very comfortable. Very happy with purchase will tell other people to go here

The lady in the store was so rude and absolutely could not be bothered to help me with any questions that after about 10-15 minutes I walked out and will never return to this location. The store was empty except for one other customer. I have worn redwing boots for over 30 years. This was one of the worst customer experiences I have ever come across. This is the first review I have ever done but the service was so bad I felt the need to share this with others

Fantastic! Knowledgeable staff, excellent service, friendly!I can't say enough about this location; I bought 2 pairs of boots here - I just can't remember the young gentleman's name at this moment. (A younger man - working during the day.)The boots he recommended are awesome! I'll be back anytime I need boots in the future, and recommend the store to anyone.He was able to answer all questions, could tell me what would work and what wouldn't.To Red Wing Corporate- keep this guy! I'm just a customer, but people like this are what keeps loyal clientle for years to come!Bravo!

Red wing boots have always been a pleasure to wear , 12 hours a day from -50 degrees to plus 30 . My experience at this red wing location was VERY unfriendly , poorly advised (wrong size) , and just in general an unpleasant experience. $500 dollars for a smug attitude and bad advice ! Do better .
