We loved the set up and cake, for the cake smash session for our daughter. The pictures turned out so beautiful.

I chose this company based on my initial interaction with Lori the owner, her response times are great she’s seemed friendly enough when answering questions about potential business .However it’s my opinion based on follow up experience that’s led me to write such a poor review ..The companies turn aroundTime for edits is quite long ... if you’re planing to use the photos for a special event give yourself lots of time as this photographer sets unrealistic and unachievable goals for herself .. I was told “one week n few days” gotMy photos back in 3.5 weeks. Only After twoWeeks of waiting and no outreach from Lori the owner ; I followed up with questions as I had planned to use the holiday sessions for holiday cards it was then I was guaranteed that within 24hrs I would have them, I was on the top of the list ... and that she wouldSend a message to Let me know how close or when to expect ... three days roll by with noOutreach from the owner when i decide to follow up the response I got is an exact copy and pasteDec 10/ 2020 - ( “I apologize for the long wait! It really isnt my intentions to be this delayed. But I do have u in my que for today..tomorrow morning the latest. I promise. I do have messaging turned off so I can edit in peace lol but I will aend an update at some point to let u know how close I am to finished”)Dec 13th “Sorry u kinda got buried..u are at the top of the list, so tomorrow I will have a link for u.”Photos arrive on the 15th of DecemberI’m okay with the time as i understand it’s a busy time of year however I’m reasonable, you had said three weeks ... I would have hung in tight and made arrangements for holiday greeting cards ... after waiting this timeThe photos seem poorly edited, the photographer prides herself on photoshop edits as she has a background in graphic design.. and was going to add Santa photos In my edits and completely forgot to edit and send this..When I followed up the response I got was “oh snap... I’ll get those to you in a few HOURS ... a few hours “ turned into three days and again a follow up from me requesting at which point it was upload but again seems like very little effort was put forth.I was a really excited for my photos, and ultimately decided not to send these out as photo greetings this year.I felt the photographer was a bit angry when responding toMessages of myself and other clientele on her Facebook page.I’m not saying don’t use this photographer, I’mJust suggesting that you make yourself awareIf you’re looking toSpend your money at an establishment that appreciates it I’m not sure this is the establishment for you.

Amazing quality photos always

I would give negative stars if it were an option. Unprofessional, slow, non responsive and provided poor quality pictures.

This is my first time ever making a review but I want to give a heads up to the familys wanting to use her services. I was so excited to use her as her pictures are great on her wedsite. I was very disappointed in the ones she gave back. She used photo of my daughter tongue out and shots with her not even looking at the camera and blurry face shots that were not blended at all. She told me it would take 2-3 weeks to complete them but it ended up being 5 1/2 weeks and with her ghosting me via emails and phone calls. When she did respond she promised to have them done the next day.. well 5.5 weeks later she sent me 8 pictures when I paid for 12. She also didnt give any fairy shots like I asked for originally. After sending an email to her asking about it she whipped up 3 shots. So she only sent 11 not 12 and also she said originally that I would get prints of my choosing. Well she has completely ghosted me and she didnt provide any. Just be careful if you do choose to use her but to be honest I could have taken better photos and saved myself alot of money and headaches.

Was in love with the photos she shared when advertising the Easter Minis and was excited to get some pony pics with our son. Not very personable when we arrived and did the session.Told me 3 different dates the gallery would be delivered by, however did not follow through on any of them. Seems like she has a generic auto reply set up through Facebook messenger - was not responsive when I asked for a final time when the photos would be delivered.Gallery was sent this morning, and my husband was cut off in the family photo. Husband and son not looking/smiling in many of the final pics delivered. Was promised 10-20 photos, received 12 (maybe half are usable for family gifts).Wish I saw the Google Reviews first.

The photographer did photos of my children.Not one picture from the few received were the children looking. I would expect a professional "photographer to be able to do this if I can myself not being one.The owners daughter is way more personable than the photographer herself. That being said
