I reported a hazardous toy for my puppy and basically their response was them being unwilling to take action because no one else has complained". It took 21 days and two separate complaint emails (because the first one ended with no response back on their end!) to "resolve" my issue of them not taking my complaint seriously. Highly disappointed

Four Legger Pet Products (Bowzer Box)
Highly recommend bowzer box! Have been getting the boxes since January 2020 and love each and everyone of them. Toys have held up to my dogs and even thoigh my dogs are the pickest dogs there has been no complaints on the treats!! Amazing prices and customer service.
