I wanted to get my carpets cleaned and disinfected for my Kumon Centre in Mission while we were closed for Spring Break. CRS gave me a quick quote and booked me in very quickly. This team continues to impress me! I requested an in-suite carpet clean for 1 bedroom while they were committed to the common areas of my building. Not only did they follow up very quickly (on a long weekend) but they also did not charge me. This is 1 year after my initial experience with them. My family and I hired this company to clean our residental carpets. Not only are they eco friendly but the service was impeccable. Our carpets were clean, tidy and drying in no time. They use treatments that are safe for pets. They managed to get a deeply ingrained stain out of our stair carpet. The tech arrived on time and was patient with answering questions. Once he was finished answering questions he went straight to work and finished in no time. The tech was courteous and professional the entire time he was within the residence.
