Been here a couple of times and I love it. They have amazing customer service and unique products such as Crunchy Tiramisu milk tea, deerocia fever, snow velvet peach oolong tea, and much more. Would recommend all to try.

Great bubble tea! Their brown sugar tapioca was fantastic! It was chewy, soft and of the right amount of sweetness!I got the one with whole milk iced. The tapioca came in warm on the bottom, making the drink having a mix of warm and old feelings. The coldness also prevented the sweetness from diffusing too much, leaving the milk as a pure flavor.Overall a very great drink!

This place is another favorite of mine in Toronto for bubble tea. Their iron goddess tea is really good and isn't too sweet. I also recommend you try their deerioca fever. That's their signature with their brown sugar based tapioca pearls with the fresh milk. It's a good mix of mild with sweetness. I also tried their northern lights tea drink which has a fruity flavor, but was pretty sweet. It is aesthetically pleasing when made. The restaurant overall has a great aesthetic with exposed brick and Edison lights along with plants that contrast grey and brick walls. Staff is very nice and helpful. Will definitely return when I make another trip to Toronto.

I absolutely love this bubble tea shop. I been to and tried many bubble tea places, but the Alley ranks as my #1 spot for boba. The Deerioca series bubble tea is to die for. It's made with brown sugar, fresh milk, and brown sugar soaked tapioca. Sounds simple, but the flavors are explosively delicious. I recommend trying the Deerioca Fever or Puff. I consider them as their signature drinks and something that makes the Alley stand out from other bubble tea shops. The Alley - it's time for tea.

Neat bubble tea place. Young lady at the front was very helpful. Tapioca balls done fairly well, flavoring is good, the oat milk is too watery although that is common.

New favourite bubble tea! The staff were really friendly and helped me choose which drinks to try as it was my first time visiting The Alley. Tried the Deerioca and the Passionfruit Green Tea; both were excellent! Will be coming back soon... maybe tomorrow.

I’m crazy fan of bubble tea, when I enter to this place I love it! In that moment I wish I could came back again but unfortunately I didn’t like it! The tapioca was amazing, the flavor of the sauce is from another world! The problem is the milk, they only put fresh milk and nothing else, tapioca + sauce + fresh milk so when I finish my tapioca the only thing I was drinking was milk!

Not a regular but I frequent this location to grab take out when I’m in the neighborhood, the staff are all friendly. Like all Alley locations the drinks are good. I’ve worked my way through most of the menu but have missed out on some of the snow velvets that they’ve recently taken off the menu. The interior space is cozy, if this location had been around when I was a student I would have probably studied or worked on assignments while enjoying my drink here.

This is a relatively unique place — however, its own success can sometimes trick me into thinking that their flavours and atmosphere can easily be found elsewhere. But it can’t. The Alley’s Brown Sugar Deerioca Series is unmatched. For me, this is more or less the perfect cup of “bubble tea.” I may crave other flavours, and I may desire to venture outside of the norm. But I always come back.I can think about this place, and the flavour is a clearer memory than anything else. More than the people I was with. More than whatever was going on in my life back then. It’s strange, but that somehow lends a quality of time travel to it. No one memory dominates among the rest — it is all one unbroken chain of faint moments and minor life events, unified by the taste of a cup of brown sugar bubble tea.The ambiance is nice here too.
