When the first time I met with Mr. Mitassov my whole legal procedure was in very bad situation . Mr Mitassov studied my case and was informed me what can be done in this matter. He is knowledgable and was able to guide me through the Ontario court system, properly prepare all my paperwork, make preparations for court, and keep me informed and well advised through the whole procedure.. He is familiar with many aspects of law and law practice which helped a lot. This is the lawyer anyone should hire for representation them. I strongly recommended him to anyone.

A tragic event has happened to me and my friends on August 2020 - a car accident. I was driving a rental car. When I rented the car, I purchased the collision damage waiver thinking that if ever something happens to me, I’m protected and covered. The car was completely written off. I thought it’s gonna be covered. Unfortunately, not. The rental company is demanding me to pay the whole cost of the car telling me that the coverage was voided because I was issued a ticket. I’m new in Canada. I don’t know what to do. I can’t pay for the cost of the car. Then, a friend of mine told me to ask for help from a lawyer. I don’t know any lawyer here. My friend recommended Paul. At first, I was afraid. I thought that getting a lawyer here would cost me a lot. I reached out to Paul. When I told Paul about my situation, he whole heartedly accepted my case. Paul was very approachable and helpful. I did not get intimidated at all. He’s very professional. When he knew that I’m new in Canada and have no means of paying the car and even him that much, he considered it. He did not ask me for a huge amount of money. The trial and the settlement between me and the rental company went on. After some conversation and talk with the rental company, Paul was able to lower down the charges for the damage and was able to make it an instalment. Paul was also able to make the ticket a lesser offence and lesser fine. I felt relieved. He made the whole case smooth and easy. I am very thankful to Paul for all his help and consideration.
