Enterprise Rent-A-Car

The service was excellent.

Great car picked out for me! And the price was lower than I expected. Clean and in good running order.

Although I've had excellent customer service at the desk, Enterprise the entity is criminal. Involved in multiple insurance scams to charge customers thousands for fake claims, I am myself a victim as well. 12 thousand dollars :/

We reserve the vehicle and schedule to be pick up on Monday morning. Vehicle was not ready on time. Delayed because needed to be clean... After waiting... How cleaned was it you may ask? As clean as a 5 years old would of done. Many spots left unsrub all over the vehicle.And on top of that call to let then know that we were to be a bit late but we will be there shortly!For the customer service : the lady that serded us has few public relations she sound more like a tape recorder then a person and seem anointed by a few questions that I have asked...It's sad because I am a customer of Enterprise rent a car for long time. It's the first time that's all together this time it isn't to the higher standards of other franchisees of the banner.So I suggest that you fallow up on your rental vehicle and specify that your vehicle need to be ready at your pick up time!!

Can't wait to get their cars back. Expect calls reminding you when to return their cars back.

Ordinary service at its best. I was there at 8am sharp and the employee got there at 8:20. I had made a reservation for 8am at least 2 weeks prior.. You would think that they would have checked the reservations a day in advance to make sure to be on time the next day. Also had requested a SUV but the only one they had was not clean and I would have to wait another 30 minutes to get it. Ended up with a smaller car than requested. I will not be returning. I will drive the hour to Ottawa or Montreal to get a rental next time. Was trying to encourage a local business...

Good service

I had left my bluetooth headset in a vehicle I dropped of there. I'm in Toronto and could not pick it up. I spoke with Alex. He was absolutely amazing. So nice, friendly and helpful. He said he was happy to go out of his way to ship it to me. If only everyone was as helpful and easy to deal with as he was. Thanks so much Alex!! 5 stars!!

I called a week in advance to book a car for Sunday pick up. Lady said everything was ready to go need to pick up before 4pm, confirmed that it was the right Location. Turns out their not even open on weekends, now I'm screwed. Pathetic

Only gave the 1 star since they picked me up. After checking the website I made a reservation not realizing that I would need a credit card to complete the rental. No where on the site does it say that I needed one. So when I got to their office I was told that I could not use my debit card, although the website says that they take debit cards. I had enough money to leave a $1000.00 deposit if needed, but was told that it was not possible. I was furious after I had made business appointments in Montreal for that morning. I walked home which was 2 miles to my house and swore that I would never ever go back to them again.
