The Keg has been a staple restaurant of mine for more than a couple of decades. This location is pretty decent. Most of the time our experiences have been really positive. When there have been issues with our meals (or issues serving staff) management has been really good rectifying things. I get that not all restaurants get everything right each time - and what stands out about The Keg - when something goes wrong (e.g., steak is overcooked) they are really good at fixing the issue as soon as possible without giving you a hard time. In general, the steaks are well-seasoned, well-cooked, etc. The twice-baked potato is delicious and worth the calories. The desserts are good but I hardly have any room left after a large meal – but they have mini ones that are the perfect size and worth ordering.

Fantastic location, awesome decor. Enthusiastic and vibrant waiterThe appetisers were out quickly and escargot and cheese toast were awesomeI had the steak and lobster. My only recommendation would be to order the 8oz as 6oz is small. The lobster meat is three huge pieces of claw meat that will satisfy that craving. The butter and herb sauce was fantastic. I'm not a huge steak fan mainly cause growing up things were cooked well done. Well I got this cooked medium and it's the best steak I've had in my life! HUGE props to the keg for finally doing what so many do not and giving me a huge portion of mashed potatoes. So many places are cheap with this and we all know what they cost! My veggies were alright.Other guests had ribs, chicken and ribs, the burger, and steak and Crab everyone loved their dishes, one friend had the bacon wrapped chicken and didn't care for it.We were celebrating a young man's 16th birthday and he got a delicious mocha ice cream cake dessert which was yummy tooI will be back for sure !!

The food was great and the server was great as well, we really enjoyed our food and the atmosphere. We will visit again. Did have a bit of a problem finding parking but finally did. We didn't get a reservation ahead of time but it was OK, we were still seating pretty quickly but I might make a reservation next time.The restaurant itself was clean and pleasant and was dimly lit so if you don't like that type of atmosphere now you know but I really enjoyed the whole experience. 5 stars!

Made a reservation for my dads 66th birthday , 1st one since retirement , it was a slow night , this was his at least 10th time there it was my 3rd, appetizers were prompt and great , drinks were great, service was goodish, my main 10oz fillet came out an hour after order, followed by my dads, absolutely over cooked from med rare to well done , it took so long for a replacement, my dad got his packed and took it home after he watched me eat mine…. Disappointed for sure , paid 200$ for a meal for 2 and barely even got a sorry , never would of happened at a joeys or earls

Our server Neil was a great guy, very friendly and communicated well with us and made sure we were doing good. The food was amazing, I got the 12oz new york and my fiancé got the lobster tails and both tasted amazing. I would definitely be returning.

I came to this place a few times because I like the food and the service. However, this afternoon I bring my friend along for an advanced birthday dinner it’s her first time at this place. Sadly, instead, we enjoy our dinner it became uncomfortable the waitress she has a real attitude toward us and it was intimidating. We asked for another drink we don't get any. I just want to let her know it’s not because of someone’s appearance or status we treated the customer that way. Just like others, we pay the same price.

First time in the keg, the atmosphere is good to hold a conversation. The front desk was pleasent. However if you are early they have this strange rule that you can't wait at the bar. So spent 30 mins waiting at a hotel lobby. The food was ok nothing out of this world. Found that because we had a group of 25 some orders were wrong, one person didn't get their food at all and it arrived 15 mins later. Red wines were available but disappointed there was no rioja.

The service right from we entered the door was exceptional. We were seated within a minute of arriving. Our waitress was very informative and very sweet. The food was absolutely amazing and the atmosphere was great which made us enjoy our food even more.
