This is a very nice clinic with amazing patient care! I have been going to their Markham centre since 2020. Eveline the physiotherapist has helped me recover quickly from a foot fracture injury and also sciatica. I am also seeing Dr. Kitty Tam for chiropractic care and Jessie for massage therapy. They are all super friendly, knowledgeable, caring and incredibly patient when explaining things to me. Mel, Evita and the front desk team are very welcoming and always so helpful with my appointment bookings and everything. I always feel great after session.The clinic is located in a shopping plaza with lots of free parking available. There are also a T&T , Shoppers Drug Mart, Shoppers Wellwise and Tim Hortons, which is super convenient if you need to grab something before heading back home.

Dr. Sheldon Ho is an excellent doctor, he has the patient’s health needs in mind. I really appreciate his treatment and care. It will be nice if Cachet Rehab clinic can have more appointments available on days other than Monday, Wednesday and Friday (such as Thursday) with Dr. Ho. I understand he is fully booked all the time but this is just my humble opinion. I also have to comment on the reception desk staffs, they are very polite, professional and provide great service.

I have seen several different staff members here with amazing results.Dr. Kitty Tam: Wow! This lady can adjust really well! Her manual adjustments are out of this world, I really get a great deal of relief from her manual treatments. I have been getting chiropractic care since 1997 and I can honestly say Dr. Tam's manual adjustments are far better than 99% of male chiropractors I have seen. Her personality when dealing with patients is absolutely perfect. Dr. Tam always makes sure she answers any questions before you leave the clinic. I cannot say enough good things about this super amazing lady. Dr. Tam impressed me from my very first treatment with her, she really blew my mind. Simply amazing and I am very thankful for Dr. Tam's fantastic manual treatments. I send out a huge thank you to Dr. Kitty Tam for everything you have done for me and all the incredible treatments you have given me over the many, many, many years. You are a real chiropractic wonder woman and a warm and kind-hearted human being. Dr. Kitty Tam, you are a true shining star in Canada's Health care system! You alone deserve a ten star rating! I hope and pray you never leave this this clinic! Absolute perfection on the part of Dr. Tam! You are tied with Dr. Sheldon Ho for my favorite chiropractor and I have a soft spot in my heart for you.Dr. Sheldon Ho: I have been seeing Dr. Sheldon Ho since 2007 for chiropractic care. Dr. Ho is an amazing chiropractor who does incredible manual adjustments and gives me a lot of relief. His personality is truly amazing when dealing with patients. Dr. Ho is very professional and always takes time to answer any questions I have. Dr. Ho always makes sure I feel okay before leaving the clinic. Dr. Ho is a really decent person who really, honestly cares for patients, something not many doctors or health care professionals have these days. Eveline is very knowledgeable and has a ton of energy, she is a super smart lady. Eveline is very patient oriented and super friendly. Eveline is a great physiotherapist and a sweetheart of a person. I have a special friend who spoke highly of Eveline – my special friend was right, Eveline is totally awesome.Dr. Anthony Chan: Dr. Chan is a decent chiropractor. He does a decent job at getting my T-Spine to release. He has a good personality with patients and tries his best to give you relief.Sabina Kordic: if you want a massage therapist who can do it all, Sabina is the one you want. Sabina can give deep tissue massage and relaxing spa massage. Sabina has magic hands. Sabina has an incredible personality with patients. Well done Sabina. Sabina is the best massage therapist anyone can have.During the COVID-19 pandemic, Dr. Sheldon Ho and Mel made sure I was taken care of and provided me with emergency care during the COVID-19 lockdown. I cannot thank him enough for everything he did to get me through this pandemic.As far as the reception staff goes, a lady named Vivian is super nice to deal with, always super pleasant with patients and will always do her best. I have seen Dr. Ho and his associates for years for my tight muscle and sport injuries. They always provide relifies for different sorts of pains. The staffs are friendly and helpful. Highly recommended place for rehab!!

Clean, organized clinic with friendly and accommodating staff. I have been coming here for years, for custom orthotics, physiotherapy, acupuncture and chiropractic treatments. Dr Sheldon Ho is amazing with what he does, and has helped me with my chronic pain and injuries. Sometimes the wait can be a bit long, but that's because Dr Ho takes his time with each patient to make sure your issues and concerns are addressed, doesn't make you feel rushed. I also recommend Joanne Van for physiotherapy treatments, she is very helpful, encouraging and knowledgeable.

I had the pleasure of working with both Dr. Anthony Chan and Joanne Van for my freezing shoulder pain, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Their extensive knowledge and expertise helped me get rid of my pain in a short period of time, and their friendly and humorous personalities made the whole experience enjoyable. They provided me with exercises that were easy to do at home and that helped me maintain my progress. Overall, I highly recommend Dr. Anthony Chan and Joanne Van for anyone seeking professional and effective healthcare services.

Dr Ho is so knowledgeable and caring. He is the best Chiro i have ever seen and for my host of issues he always has a solution and game plan for them. Id be suffering from the worst chronic migraines and frozen shoulder if it werent for him!

Highly recommend this respected chiropractic office in the city!! Staff was pleasant, friendly and very accommodating. The clinic and the facility is clean, bright and spacious.
