Professional services. I have a guitar that was completely out of tune due to the humidity issue. Sales associate Stéphane Brodeur took great care of my guitar and solved the issue with the luthier on-site. He also suggested useful tools to help me prevent the same situation from coming back. I don't really buy stuff but I go there to play on guitars that I can't afford and they say nothing they let me and my friends play freely we just went to the cashier and asked for a cable and then we played on the Amps sometimes the cashier even say that were pretty good

Great service and experience all around. Highly recommend speaking with Katherine if you are purchasing or renting a piano. She gave me valuable advice based on her experience, that led me to select the best portable piano option for my needs and budget. Everyone in this store is kind and willing to help. Highly recommend!

I HAD to buy from them since they were the only one with stock and I regret it so much. Should've bought online since they lost parts and had to wait 4 months to finally be able to use my guitar. Store has super weird hours (Closes at 8pm on Thursday and Friday!) and they WILL NOT accommodate you for any inconvenience or problem even if they are at fault, I’ve tried. This is a BIG corporation and customers are treated as such…If you want the standard music store experience, Steves is still the only one in the Greater Montreal area (And they do deals like free hardcase with guitar or sgift strings which Long & McQuade can’t do since you are dealing with a corporation, not a store. They literally said “There’s absolutely nothing we can do since we don’t control this”).No matter what, this is for sure the last time I deal with them. Too bad since this seems to be a Quebec issue as I’ve dealt with them in BC with no problem.Please do not ask me to email you for details, I've already spent so much time on the phone trying to solve this to be told It's the way it is

Arguably the best service I have ever got renting light equipment from any place in Montreal and around.The staff was fantastic (Katherine is one of a kind) and very accommodating. Took their time to over the best service possible, Helped me put the stuff in the car.The prices is one of the cheapest I got.Strongly recommend this place.

The service and customer experience at the Longueil location was outstanding. Special thanks to Jean Francois Renaud for making our shopping experience pleasant and rewarding. I stopped by the store just to browse and had no intention of purchasing anything but my GAS kicked in and I bought two great guitars by the end the visit lol. S&P Showcase Rosewood and Fender Vintera Ice Blue Metallic Stratocaster. Both guitars were set up beautifully!The Simon and Patrick Showcase was missing the Tric Case but JF and Mario, the store manager, worked out a solution and went above and beyond the call of duty to solve the issue.I wish the L&M Longueil Team continued success!Rob A

I had a great experience renting speakers and equipment here. One of their employees Ricardo Julien was especially a great person to deal with and made my experience seamless. I will be most definitely going back and doing more rentals from there from now on.

Probably the one of very best customer service experiences of my life !! Katherine took incredible care of me !! She made time to see me the very same day I called, was prepared 110%, as knowledgable as it gets, very honest !!Walked out with a new Selmer Paris Saxophone the same day ! This is hands down the place you can trust when you are considering a serious instrument. Ask for Katherine, she is the best !!

Mario, the store manager, turned a potential bad experience to a GREAT experience. I walked out with the bass I wanted, the GREAT DEAL I wanted and the case which I expected it to have but didn't until Mario fixed me up something. I also apologize to Mario and his staff for my bitter mood. :D

Unfortunate place to buy a digital piano. I was looking for a Roland F-140R Digital Piano. None of the salesmen were able to even answer a question.I went to this place based on the Google’s Reviews but what a waste of time.I will avoid going to this place again. The think they are doing a favor to you instead of providing a service. Use this place as the last option when it is related to digital pianos.Of course, I did not buy anything there. I finished going to Steve’s Music Store where all my questions were answered, and the employees are gentle and patient. I got the Roland at Steve’s.
