Affordable Car & Truck Rental (Pickup Location)

I had to deal with the rental company (Affordable Car & Truck Keswick) through my insurance company as I got into a MVA. Initially, I was very happy as they saved me from not having a car for a while. Grateful in fact. But unfortunately things went down hill. I did not have a good experience with this rental company and wish that things could've gone differently. I came as I popped the tire driving through a pot hole at night (which was my fault) but when I got there I was immediately attacked with claims that I did more damage to the vehicle which were present as per the papers provided. Not even surrounding the area that would've been affected by the pot hole. They would not listen to me, and provided mixed opinions on whether or not the damage was actually there by different employees. Saying it wasn't but then it was.. Saying they have pictures but then they don't... There were more unacceptable things that occurred, but I will not touch upon that.I wish that things could've gone differently, but I do not recommend using this rental company.

In addition, the cars I've rented are top notch, new vehicles in excellent condition. The one-on-one personal service is what truly makes this company my only choice for car rental in the GTA. I believe it's so important to be able to deal directly with a person rather than an automated voice, and this company has just that. Highly recommended! Truly Excellent Service. Zaheeda was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and same time. I was initially looking for a minivan for the long weekend and in spite of the high demand she managed to get me one. As we got closer to the date, I realized I needed only a small car and although this was a very last minute request, she was still able to accommodate me and made a switch.In addition the car quality was good and well maintained. I have definitely found my go to car rental location in Brampton

My car was getting fixed at Simplicity in Richmond Hill, and Zaheeda had the car ready for me right when I dropped my car off. They treat you like family. Definitely worth while to rent from them.

I'm impressed because they called me right away to confirm the details after the online reservation. Such a great experience!I had to put my car in for repair unexpectedly, and needed a rental a.s.a.p. I had to get to work!Zaheeda was so helpful!I needed an extra day rental as my car wasn't ready, it was no problem! Pick up and drop off was a breeze.Highly recommend!
