I did a Google search for an uphostery business and Bobby was the only one to reply. The 4 classic Thonet chairs had the original vinyl cracked. He did a fantastic job and he even saved and re-attached labels (under the seat) that addes to the authenticity. He delivered ahead of schedule. Great job reupholstering in the new fabric and a great price. Thank you!

We are over the top thrilled with the finished product. We had our sectional reupholstered by Bobby. The entire process from start to finish was exceptional. Bobby responds quickly, is super nice, provided a quote, picked up and dropped off. And the end result was a sectional that is better than new. Bobby is a true artist, I had 6 dinning room chairs done and they are better than when I first purchased them 15yrs ago. He treated me like a family member , and we all know that this not an experience you get from most places. Prices are more than reasonable. I have confidently recommended Bobby to my friends and family.

We took an old couch, chair, and footstool that had belonged to my grandmother in to be reupholstered, and were instantly put at ease by how knowledgeable and friendly Bobby was. He went out of his way to find fabric samples that matched what we were looking for, and the pieces were done right on time, at exactly the quoted price, and look AMAZING. (It also needs to be mentioned that they are incredibly comfortable! We have watched a lot of Netflix on the couch since it came back and zero complaints.) Definitely going back if we ever need anything else reupholstered in the future.

I had an excellent experience with Bobby and New Way Upholstery. I had bought a completely obliterated armchair that had a beautiful frame but was very very used. I had done some research and called a few places but the prices they had given me were a rip off and they didnt seem to care about the work itself.Bobby saw the potential with my airchair, gave us a very fair price for his work and was prompt with the timing he had given us to finish it. We had also bought a telephone bench that really needed some love and he worked on it as well.The photos attached don't do his work justice. They are both our best pieces in our home and we are very proud of them.I would definitely recommend New Way Upholstery to anyone wants to rejuvenate their furniture pieces.

This was one of the best experiences I've had. I don't know anything about upholstery but I walked into a few places on Avenue Rd and they gave me a run around.I texted Bobby pictures of my furniture, he texted me back, and the next day my stuff was being upholstered. They looked WAY better than I thought they would and he finished in half the time everyone else offered me.He also replaced all of the foam without me asking or without fishing for extra pay. He even upholstered the undersides (the hidden parts) with matching black fabric.Really unpretentious, reasonably priced, quick work and a cool owner. I'm bringing in more stuff next week.
