This place has no key drop-off box. I returned my car at 11:30 pm and was told by the receptionist of the hotel lobby to call one of two numbers posted on the front door. The first number never answered, and the second number hung up on me after I explained that I was returning my car. Every call after that just went to voicemail. So I left the car where I picked it up with the keys locked inside it. I will never book with them again.

This place on 7200 Sherbrooke does not exist.Tried booking a car online for friday at 11:30 and it says not opened at that time. It however states its opened from 9am to 5pm.Theres no times past 11:30.I tried other times, all of them from 9 to 11:30 (thats all thats available to choose from but it somehow closes at 5pm).Tried all kinds of different days and still it says this place is closed.Overall it probly doesn't exist anymore. Don't waste your time.Ill hit up entreprise instead.

Hi all people , very careful to book car this place, they will screw you. It’s happened to me.also it’s expensive compared to other Avis car rent.Two days ago I booked gmc yokon 965$. When I go pickup car , he said to me no more gmc.he Ofer me another one, no sorry no apology,So I suggest u guys booked another Avis or turo app.
