I used to eat beef or chicken noodles and they were all good except this Edo in chinook mall which they were using very cheap noodles today! Franchise has to take action in this location because this Edo is cheating with using no japanese noodles. See the picture below

I got gyoza and when I saw them they were completely charred, I went back to get some new ones because I could not eat that. When I got my new ones and bit into it it was still frozen! What is wrong with this place. Do not recommend

The good thing about working at Edo is that you actually can compare how food is served from one location to another. This is NOT AT ALL double meat. Not recommending buying at this location as it is not gonna give you what you paid for.

We went exactly 10:17am and politely asking the guy if he is already taking orders but he smirks and didnt answer. When he attended our orders he was sooo rude and even tapping screen so hard. My daughter only wants edo because this is her favorite but he is soo rude in taking orders. He even walked away after taking our orders.

The guy who took our order around 10am this April 22 is very rude. We ask of he can get our order, but he smirks and doing some loud actions. We love edo and we still decided to ordee because this is the only food she wants. After getting our orders he immediately walked away and didnt hand us the payment machine where we can tap. We ask the machine and he taps loudly on the screen. This will be the last time that will eat edo in Chinook. You should not hire people with some arrogant attitude and with no customer service at all. Please check your cctv.

I visited this location on May 24 at 4:43 PM. While eating my food I came across a piece of plastic which I spat out as I found disgusting. I approached the manager or front counter cashier who then started to make excuses and disregarding my concerns. As a loyal customer of Edo I have never had any issues but this was totally unacceptable. I am hoping that the manager or owner can fix this for me because of the employees who cannot resolve the problem knowing they are in the wrong.
