Avoid at all cost! Nasser has no idea of proper building regulation/code nor quality craftsmanship. I experienced unsafe building practices, work done at midnight/3am, electrical not up to code and overall myself as home owner had to supervise the job which continuously Nasser failed to do. Far from quality work stipulated in the contract. Note his star reviews are inflated and done by either his subcontractors or friends. It does not reflect the reality of his business practices. Hope this helps whomever stumbles upon him.Items of consideration during my renovation and subsequent findings by a qualified professional:1. Alcolve tub installed without proper framing/support to take the weight of water, had to be removed by subsequent contractor after drain was connected by a plumber which Nasser failed to compensate and he kept calling me for compensation.2. Drywall installed under the tub, while it should be over the lip of the tub along (such that tiles overlap).3. Medicine cabinet installed (finished product) before drywall was up. Wiring was not hidden so could not be framed, which had to be ripped out again.4. Shower unit was installed too low without air cushioning.5. Old drain was left in framing (sticking out from studs so impossible to drywall), while corners were not framed properly at all.6. Electrical for floor heat was not up to code (first no ground wire, then lack of proper installation for sensor wires)7. Subfloor was put in, 1/2 without bracing/sistering joist that was cut (for tub support).8. Hatch staircase was installed before finishing with drywall

Avoid this company at all cost. Project manager and owner (Nasser) subcontracts to workers from kijiji, people who cut corners at every step of the project and just want to collect and cover the work so you don't see it. He is great at showing excuses, and blame the worker at his own convenience and doesn’t take ownership of his action. Nasser has no idea about construction, from basic building regulation/code to review of work which is is hired to do.He subcontracts to the lowest bidder and folks will work at your house at midnight or 3am. In what world do the construction worker work past midnight at a residential place. Multiple times they were working drunk or high. They managed to damage my property as a result(downstairs washroom ceiling almost fell on my 2 young nephews). The whole house was disgusting, because they didn’t clean after all the mouldy insulation covered the entire ground floor. Company has great reviews on home stars so I'd like to put out a real review here in case someone is looking. I can share more pictures of his botched work that went on for almost 2 weeks past completion date until he was fired. Don't make the same mistake I did hiring him. Issues:1. Demolition - blocking shared driveway fire exit for 1.5 days, not removing and disposing of product completely which ended on main floor upon damage by one subcontractor.2. Electrical - ungrounded circuit shown as grounded, code violation upon independent review. Damage to lower room as a result of contractor stepping on fan that was not secured to joist and falling to below room because floor was not secure3. Plumbing - Radiant pex unnecessarily cut under floor creating multiple connection points.4. Framing - Lack of drywall backing throughout the room, attic entrance not framed through yet drywall instal began.5. Insulation - Used safe n sound on exterior wall or simply did not insulate at all.6. Vent work - quality to be desired, they used glue to seal the vent which initially company wanted to cut through my roof instead.7. Project management and communication - None existent. Just there to collect your cash and botch the work. Nasser has no idea what proper building practices are, nor code or materials that need to be used. Avoid Nasser and Everest Stone & Construction Ltd at all cost!
