Thank you so much for taking great care of my teeth. Normally I dread dental visits, but Durham east dental clinic staff take such exceptional care of me. Thank you for the excellent treatment, your entire team were marvelous, and a special note of thank you for Dr. Seema she is extremely talented in her work & a wonderful personality.

This dental clinic gives me only positive thoughts. Dr. Heba is calm, patient,and a good listener. She works good and her results are amazing. I have been going to her clinic almost 3 years now and I will be going there with my family .Not to mention the fact that everyone, dentist,dental hygienists, secretaries everyone is kind ,friendly and helpful.

I went to see Dr. Heba about 2 years ago with an urgent need that my previous Dentist messed up. I have never felt more comfortable with a Dentist. Dr. Heba is compassionate ( I am a big baby when it comes to Dentists) gentle and her work is amazing. She has fixed any issues that I had and I could not recommend her enough. I have since moved my whole family there and we couldn’t be happier. The staff is amazing and accommodating. Do yourself a favour and give them a try, you won’t regret it.

Today I had my dental cleaning done here. The doctor and the assistant doctors are amazing. Me and my wife both had a wonderful pleasant experience. They informed me about my teeth condition how to improve on cleaning it regularly and also went over the X-ray. They didn’t rush through the process and always had a smile.

Had my 1st appt at this dental office yesterday. Will definitely be going back. Hygenist (Semi) was excellent, Dr Heba was amazing. No pain whatsoever during my 3.5 hrs in her chair. Freezing given - didnt even realize the needle went into my gum. All in all, a very pleasant experience - and I hadnt been to a Dentist for years because of a bad experience in my youth.

This is a really great dental clinic! The receptionists are friendly and accommodating. The hygienists are great as well. My son went for his first ever appointment at this clinic and they made him feel really comfortable. Highly recommend!

Dr heba is an amazing dentist. All the hygienists are amazing in what they do. The receptionists are always helpful with the changing of appointments and they’re very accommodating. You should definitely come to this place for a beautiful smile.

Dr. Heba was so kind and understanding as I recently went through a long process of fixing my teeth. She's always incredibly pleasant and clearly very competent. There is a dental hygienist (I desperately wish I could remember her name) who is an absolute PLEASURE and decreased my anxiety at appointments. Even the reception staff is wonderful! I've already convinced my fiancee to switch over and will continue to recommend Durham East Dental! Thank you!!!

I stopped being their client, but since they have two new receptionist, they started calling every single week to make appointment (if you can’t make it they charge a 100 cash) I got the cleaning done and the dentist “fixed” a molar but she left a big crack, I had been extremely uncomfortable since then. Every time I eat I have pain. I notify the dentist about it and she gave me the appointment to fix it for Nov 3rd at 2:15. On that day I was on time, but it was already 2:50 and I was still waiting. I could have understood if they were running behind but people came after me and they were served on time. I asked the receptionist what’s going on and she was so rude and told me to sit down and wait because the three people that had appointment after me were all emergencies and I assume since they were all apparently from the same country as the receptionist, she prioritizes them. Very unprofessional from the receptionist to play favourites in a medical setting. Be aware of this hdp place

Very nice staff and specially the receptionists are very sweet. Made my dental anxiety go away. Thank you guys for taking care of my teeth
