One of the best retirement home I had ever been. People are nice and helpful.

Very calm place, we went early years center for my son. Christy had a great day!

Average. I wished it had more natural light. But other than that staff were friendly, residents seemed happy. Basic rooms had 2 beds with half a wall and curtain separating them. Window for each bed. Shared Bathroom and 2 separate closets.

If I could give a minus star I would! Some of the workers here look so unhappy! When you ask a question, they are so paranoid about the question you are asking and they bully you with an attitude! I give 5 stars to the ones who TRULY care, but for some, it's just 'another job'. Pity for the residents who have to go through this. Management really need to brush up some of their staff. Some workers themselves need to be assessed. So much cover up for themselves that families don't even know what else to do, but to just accept. Speaking out for the ones who do not have a voice! You have to be there consistently long enough to see for yourself. If you are just in and out, you will miss it - just HORRIBLE!

Had my father in the Day program here. The staff and nurses/psws were fantastic and dad was never anxious or irritable about attending like some other locations. The LTC itself was very clean and the first choice on our placement list.

FRAUDSTERS!My parent worked at Sheridan Villa for over 20 years. Dedicated wholeheartedly every muscle and bone to the residents and management. Loved the residents as if they were family. Has many wonderful memories of the fellow staff and the time spent at SV.My parent finally retired last year and as a GIFT management told my parent to go ahead and spend $400 CAD and provide them with the receipts for reimbursement.... Its been almost a year and no reimbursement....My parent has reached out to management etc many many times and they haven't provided any form of reimbursement for the retirement gift to date! Come to find out that many former retired employees have experienced this fraud as well. Never thought that this is how they would treat someone who has dedicated most of their adult life to Sheridan Villa and loyally without any issues.To Sheridan Villa management: Please reimburse your retired staff ASAP we will be waiting for the direct deposit or cheque.At the very least do what other companies do any give out gift cards which I know can be written off!
