Awesome staff and top notch service. My pup loves going into the vet! They let you stop by to weigh your pet whenever which helps desensitize them to their place. Also they were so gentle when giving him his needles or meds.

Probably the best vet I've ever had! The compassion and honesty that you recieve there is second to none. I had a late night emergency with my dog and the vet showed up promptly and was so kind and honest through the process. Once I had to put my dog down I received a set of paw prints and nose prints and a card in the mail. Was a great keepsake for my dog. I have never heard of this anywhere else but I love it. Would 20 out of 10 recommend to anyone.

This vet clinic has really gone downhill. A Friday afternoon with a very sick pet. The entire staff is out in the reception area laughing and carrying on like it was a teen party. The only thing missing was raucous music - it would have been drowned out by the raucous laughter anyway. Did VERY little to instill confidence. Very, VERY disappointing that there is SO little control of staff conduct. Maybe hiring more mature staff would help!

The staff at North Star vet were amazing yesterday when we had to rush our puppy to a vet after a dog attack. We had never been there before and they took extra time out of the schedule to take care of us. They were very sweet, patient, and understanding. Dr Koerselman took time to do a very thorough exam and explained everything in a way that would make sense. If I could rate this clinic 10 stars I would.

I brought my old dog in for a second exam after a disappointing initial exam and met Dr. Cater.She conducted a thorough exam after introducing herself to both me and my boy. Very impressed with her manner and knowledge. She is a welcome addition to the clinic here. Welcome Dr. Cater!

Our sad news was given graceful. They were amazing and professional. We were referred to Calgary as our dog has a bigger issue than they are equipped to handle. But the were swift in finding out information they didn't know off hand.

Very caring & professional. I felt so confident leaving my dog with them to be monitored after she had ingested a toxin. I knew they cared and would do anything possible to help her. They also called to check up on her after she came home. Very grateful to have a good vet clinic here in town!!
