Kitsilano Mini Storage

Extremely helpful and dedicated staff. Short distance from UBC. We were helped by Kevin who assisted with shipping bicycle we had in storage there by air to Ottawa. Went way beyond usual services (including finding box and packing bike) and everything arrived in pristine condition. These folks clearly take pride in their work and really went the extra mile for us. We had nobody else in Vancouver to help us out. Extremely grateful and highly recommend their services. We would definitely use them again.

Started storing inventory here recently. The facilities are what you'd expect, but the service is amazing. Kevin really went above and beyond to help me out and it's truly appreciated.

The staff were incredibly helpful, and kind, even staying after closing to make sure we were able to get all of our stuff in the locker. They helped wherever they could and were very relaxed and understanding about any issue. The locker itself is pretty simple, but it was very cheap too. I would absolutely recommend this facility

We’ve had the most excellent experience with this mini-storage facility. The staff is personable and helpful to a “t.” This especially applies to operations manager Kevin who has “saved” us on a couple of occasions. The first was when we were leaving on Christmas Day for an extended trip overseas and remembered on Christmas Eve that we needed a couple of important items from storage right before they were getting ready to close. We called over in a panic and Kevin agreed to hang around for a bit after their slated closing time so that we could access our locker. More recently we went over to take our bikes out of storage after returning from our extended absence, only to find that our tires were predictably empty and that our pump was inoperable. Again, Kevin saved us by offering their on-site compressor and even dropping what he was doing and helping us fill the tires. This sort of service and caring is hard to come by these days and typifies Kitsilano Mini-Storage. All we can say is thank you!

As a student at UBC, getting to the facility isn't difficult. The staff are AMAZINGLY helpful, they will help you in any way that they can. Special shout out from our group who they stayed open late to allow us to move the last of our things into our locker before we flew out the next day. Wouldn't go anywhere else to store our things in Vancouver

There is an immense power when it comes to making up your mind and overcoming what it takes to get there!

Have used Kits storage on and off for years. Lots of moving supplies at a very good price. Everyone working there have always been courteous and professional. My wife and I have always enjoyed talking to everyone as well.

The kindest staff and great prices. I left my belongings in their unit for 3 months and it was all untouched when I came back. The dog makes the place that much better. They offer refunds for if you empty your locker before the end of your booking time which is great!

I have had the most amazing experience renting storage space here. They have a wide range of prices and affordability with discounted upper unit rentals. I have been renting with them for a year now and the staff have been above and beyond helpful and caring. They have made my storage life so easy. I have stored with other companies and would rate them first choice. The units are clean and dry and I always felt my precious belongings were safe in their units ♡
