My apartment got flooded by a burst sprinkler pipe a few months ago and ServPro assist me with fixing my unit. They did an excellent job within a reasonable amount of time. Tom, the project manager, was very responsive and supportive. I found him very kind and professional with in-depth knowledge of the work he is doing. I would like to thank Sam and Arash for the excellent work they did in my place as well. A perfect professional team! I am glad I chose ServPro of North Vancouver for the work in my apartment.

Tom and his team were excellent.They responded in a timely matter and used the most sophisticated technology to locate ,document and address the water damage.The staff was courteous and professional and left the place spotless after each visit.They provided comprehensive reports for my insurance company .

Not only is he the project manager, he was hands plus ensured one of my rental homes was perfectly fit, and restored to A+ standards. Tom and the team at SERVPRO were a pleasure to deal with during a difficult situation- a good sized leak on Christmas Eve.After they took steps to limit the damage, restoration work was done promptly, properly, and the site was left as clean as possible between visits. Pricing was definitely reasonable and the team was extremely responsive. We were even connected with trades to address the underlying issue.We can recommend Tom and his team without reservation.

My wife and I noticed stains on the ceiling of our garage and knew there was a leak but was very concerned about mould since we have kids, tenants and I have breathing issues. We called around many companies but we were not satisfied with what we were told on the phone but luckily found Tom at SERVPRO who came the next day and fully explained the process and all costs upfront. They removed any moisture in the ceiling and stopped any possible mould growth. Tom was on site for inspection in a very timely manner. He was extremely helpful, insightful, and responsive. He explained everything clearly, understood our concerns and offered advice best to tackle our situation. After the assessment, we began the remediation promptly. Sam and Tom arrived on time and wasted none in starting the process. They were thorough and detailed in their work. Tom, Sam, and their whole team are world-class professionals and I highly recommend their services.

My wife and I called Tom at Servpro to clean up our apartment since we had to QUICKLY vacate for the new owners coming in. After living there for almost 10 years, there were visible items that needed cleaning or repairs. Tom sent Sam and two other staff members over within the same morning! Tom even came over himself to get things started. Sam & Co. not only cleaned and sanitized the place, but our apartment looked BETTER THAN WHEN WE HAD NEWLY RENOVATED IT years earlier! The art stains in the kids bedrooms were gone (the carpet looked new) and every surface had a nice shine" to it. They even cleaned out the filters in the washer and dryer

Water entered the basement of our home. Not knowing what the damage was, we called Tom. He answered the initial questions which made me feel better. We scheduled an appointment; he was on time, prepared, and professional. Tom was polite throughout the entire process and his report was very thorough and quick.
