I've been training with Sari since I started boxing over 5 years ago and I only have amazing things to say about her! From a trainer to a friend, I always have the best time working out with her and she's taught me so much about everything boxing, especially proper form which is so important!! Highly recommend :)

I started working with Sari 4+ years ago while working out at a chain boxing gym. Because of her I am hooked on boxing workouts. I love my workouts with her and the variety of workouts she provides. Sari continues to educate herself she understands the importance of a healthy body and not just a skinny body. I love that she really tailors her workouts to the individual needs of each client and those that need accommodations for injuries and restrictions. I can't say enough good things about her.

I have been working with Sari for nearly 4 years now and I have nothing but good things to say about her as a trainer. She creates a customized training plan built around your fitness goals + needs and keeps you accountable! She creates such a supportive and fun workout atmosphere in her gym that it really makes you look forward to your next workout. If you are on the hunt for a trainer in the Oakville/ Burlington Area I couldn't recommend Sari more!

Sari has been my fitness instructor since I can’t remember when (it’s been a while). I’ve taken group classes and personal training sessions. Sari puts together great personal programs that suit your fitness level and tries to challenge you. She will work around injuries and help build those areas back (thank you with my MCL). Beyond that the group classes are a great combo of weight training, boxing and cardio. If you want a full challenging workout, give one of Sari’s group classes a try, you won’t be disappointed, be prepared to work out .

I have been training with Sari for a few years now and currently enrolled in private sessions. She is a great boxing trainer and she has a great wealth of knowledge on health related topic. She loves to share her learnings with her clients.If you are the type of of individual that are intimidated by fitness experts, I can say based on my experience that Sari is a very friendly fitness trainer. She will adapt to your needs and work together on your fitness goals.Dont be shy and call her.

I have been training with Sari Pryor Fitness for about 2 years and cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience! Sari is a thoughful and encouraging personal trainer, who has helped me reach my fitness goals. Before training with Sari, I had no motivation to exercise, but I have now come to be excited by my workout plans and thrilled seeing the progress I've made! She encourages a wholistic approach to fitness which encompasses mental health, nutrition, strength, flexibility, sleep etc. She is friendly and personable and makes working out a fun experience! If you're looking to start or continue your fitness journey, I would HIGHLY reccomend Sari Pryor Fitness!

I approached Sari 9 months ago to help me with flexibility and mobility while I recovered from surgery on both hands. Within 4 months of training one-on-one with Sari I had returned to a basic level of strength training and my cardio was beginning to return to my previous levels. Since then Sari’s detailed approach to goal setting, fitness programming and emphasis on form have all been instrumental in helping me to regain my strength and achieve my fitness goals.Sari is extremely knowledgeable, encouraging and highly motivating; I look forward to our sessions and feel very positive when I leave the gym. She is exceptionally responsive to messages and is always willing to modify the workouts in the case of injuries or obstacles.I highly recommend Sari to both experienced fitness enthusiasts as well as to those just beginning their fitness journey.

I've been working with Sari for over 3 years now, and she is phenomenal!!!She puts together great workout plans that make each session enjoyable - the hour I work with her always goes by so fast! When we first started working together (and regularly since), she asked about my own goals, and has done a great job of ensuring that the plans she creates align with those goals.She is very knowledgeable and has always been great at accommodating any limitations I've had. Even though I was an avid gym goer prior to working with Sari, I have learned so much from her, and she has really helped me to get my form right.I highly recommend working with Sari. She creates a very comfortable workout atmosphere, and her prices are very reasonable, especially considering her high level of knowledge and experience.
