Tried contacting them left plenty of messages over a three month period and never had a response back,.Do not know about their cleaning capabilities but if they cannot respond to you I don't know about their performance.

After surgery we hired Sublime Clean to clean our hardwood floors. Faite did an amazing job, my floors have not been this clean since we installed them nearly three years ago. I highly recommend her and will use her for any future cleaning.

The cleaners at Sublime Clean are honest, respectful and really care about the jobs they do. First clean I had I came out to see her doing things my old cleaner never did and it amazed me. They are wonderful, recommended to everyone I know!!!

Sad to have to write this review. We have used them several times over the last year and they have been fine. Recently booked them for a full clean of a house my daughter just moved into. A four hour job with the priority being the floors. Unfortunately the floors were still very dirty after they completed the job. We both spoke to the owner about our disappointment and it seemed like it would have been pretty easy for her to send the cleaners back to fix the problem, do a good job on the floors and retain us as customers. However, we didn't hear back from her after calling to complain. I guess we will be looking for new cleaners for the future.

Cleaners at Sublime were through and through professional, from ease of booking to the actual work, they were fantastic. I would like to give a special shout out to Ellana, for the quality of work, especially in master bedroom washroom which i thought was the toughest work in the entire house. Would strongly recommend them.
