CSN Avenue Collision

Recently had my Lexus IS350 in an accident and was recommended from Lexus Downtown Toronto to come to this repair shop as they specialize on repairs on Lexus vehicles. Overall experience with CSN Avenue Collision was all handled professionally also talking to Micheal was always dealt with calm, and enough Information as it came to any questions about my vehicle. Originally the repair time on vehicle was said to be done within 20 business for aRight rear doorRight rear fenderRight side shirtRight rear bumperBut took 33 business days, but this was due to on part delays in shipping. The repairs were all done perfectly/seamless like the accident never happened. besides when I arrived to pick up my vehicle when I noticed the door/fender clear protector wasn’t applied, but was done in 10 minutes as soon as I mentioned it. Then also when the vehicle was cleaned the driver seat on the back side seemed to have a splash of liquid. Again it was cleaned as soon mentioned before leaving. I would recommend anyone in need of body work to come here.

The staff went above and beyond to provide us wih the best service ever! The crew of three young men at the front desk serving us on that date, were exceptional.I will highly recommend CSN Ave Collision. Top notch!

The gentleman at Avenue Collision are fantastic. I brought my IS 300 in and Walid gave me a honest assessment, and recommended some service assistance. I appreciate his honesty and trustworthiness.

Completely incompetent. Promised to have vehicle ready by a specific timeline, they called letting me know that the vehicle was ready, arrived at the mutually agreed upon time to find out the vehicle needed washing. Waited another 45 minutes to discover that the vehicle was only half repaired, but they did wash it, complete waste of time. The car was needed by a specific date and that date was missed after the first failure. We were going on vacation in two days and I received the call to come pick up vehicle when it was made clear that I was not available after a specific date. Again repairs were sub standard and incomplete, The car in question was a porsche by the way. While showing the representative, they pretended that there was nothing wrong when it was clear and obvious the work was not up to par. Clearly this place cuts corners to pocket more cash. I took the car from these incompetents and will be bringing it to another competent porsche certified body shop to complete proper repairs. Will never be back there again. I cannot beleive they are supposedly a certified porsche repair facility, they do not follow the standard and either attempt to repair parts that should rightfully be replaced or just don't do it even though it is part of the outlined quote. Redicoulous and as a business owner myself, it appears that something is off with this business. I wasted about 4 unnesessary hours dealing with this failure of a business that I will be billing them for.

Excellent service and incredibly friendly staff! Everyone is very attentive and helpful to ensure your car is well taken care of! Provides frequent updates and feedback on your cars progress.I had the fortunate of getting the know the fantastic group of team at the front desk and particularly Walid and Kevin, they have been extremely helpful with ensuring the whole process gets done accordingly to the best service possible.Really appreciate these guys for their help. Had my G63 and 2018 911 GTS repaired here after some minor body accidents in the spring of 2023 (1st world problems :)).These guys are pros. The work was really well done and communication and service from the front office was excellent.Most service places genuinely suck and I’m picky but I highly recommend this company and particularly the Avenue location and their team.Just nice to see some people still care about their work and being good at it.A+++

The team at CSN Avenue Collision was very professional. They provided timely updates at key points in the repair process. The time estimate was quite close to the actual time required for the repairs (delays due to back-ordered parts). My vehicle was brought back to manufacturer specifications and the panel alignment along with paint job was done flawlessly.I want to give a shout out to Waleed and Michael at CSN Avenue Collision for their professionalism and communication.I hope not to require their services in the future, but if I do, I wouldn’t hesitate to use CSN Avenue Collision again.
