I strongly recommend this branch of Car Star to every one that wants to have a great experience after accident ..Excellent service and great staff..I was very lucky to choose this company between all the companies that my insurance company recommended to me.Because Not only they fixed my car,but also helped me to rent a wonderful car until they repair my car .In addition, the gave me a ride from and to the rental car company .All the cost has been covered by the insurance company

-I was recommended by my insurance.-After one month sitting in the garage they call me to pick it up.-The car was dirty, paint spray on window, door and other part of the car.-Visually all repairs are not align and not clean.-Bumper was not fix with screws and clips.-Plastic splash guards are not fix with screw and missing plastic clips. They felt of the car.-muffler are not center with the opening of bumper.-The side panel is not align with bumper.-Everything is crooked, wrong, negligence, not professional and cheating.-They don't care. I have to point out everythings that's wrong to them and they refuse to correct the problem.-My insurance sent my car back to the garage 3 times and the problems are still not correct.Good luckYour insurer will try to stear you to these small garage. It's cheaper for them. Don't waste your time with these small garage , just make the repair at the car dealer or take the money from your insurer.

Bought a new car and then got into an accident 3 days later. Despite the traumatic experience, Car star LaSalle took very good care of me. From the insurance, to the car rental, to the repairs, everything went extremely smoothly. Their work is A+ and my car is brand new once again. From the paint job, tinting of windows, etc, you can tell that everything was done to perfection. Not only was the work impeccable but the service is top notch. Extremely friendly and helpful.
