Was served by a nice lady called Emma. She was super helpful, kind, and helped with everything I needed.However. Upon entering the building, despite this nice lady already being busy, the other worker looked at me and left into the back room. I had to wait for Emma to finish up before she assisted me. As soon as i sat down, the other lady returned for a minute before going into another room, and I heard laughing coming from it. When Emma needed to ask a question, we sat waiting for thirty minutes for the other two to finish up whatever they were laughing about and respond to her. Absolutely unprofessional, i was horrified with their behaviour. One person doing the work of three while the other two didn’t even hide that they were trying not to work.Edit: thank you for responding. I was there a couple weeks ago (my time is off, its July now, its actually been a few months) and wasn’t planning on saying anything, until a friend of mine mentioned a similar experience. In a small town like this i believe we all need to be better at working together

On the phone with Telus for over an hour they weren’t able to fix my smart hub internet service. They said to take it to my nearest Telus store to see if they could check the SIM card. Tridon not interested in helping to see if the SIM card was working or selling me a new device. I guess I’ll go to Westlock to buy one. And price out the new phone we wanted to buy today.
