The quality of their products and their customer experience goes a long way. I recently purchased a console table and absolutely love it. Their products/furniture may be on the pricier side, but is built with high quality. They also do custom dining banquettes and the staff responds quick to questions. Some custom options are also available depending on which piece you get.

The customer service doesn't reflect the premium pricing of their goods. I had an issue with delivery and didn't feel like the company felt much accountability in resolving it. I will find it difficult to purchase anything from them again.

I really liked this store. Service was great too. A bit expensive for what I'm willing to spend & not sure if there is room for negotiation. But nice store for sure!

I've got a number of pieces from StyleGarage, a Gus bed and bench, as well as custom desk and custom shelving unit.The quality of everything has been really good, especially the custom work. The custom pieces did take awhile, but that's just a sign that their work is in demand.

We had an excellent experience ordering a custom Madeline Banquette for our kitchen reno. There are multiple options available to craft your own iteration which can be challenging to finalize but the Stylegarage team was incredibly helpful with their insightful design input.Highly recommend paying a visit to the store to have an in-person discussion before placing an order. Many initial design concepts changed once we ran through our floor plans, renderings and material/colour samples with Liz and Rachel. Shoutout to Olga as well for capturing our desired look for the Banquette in the final drawing perfectly.Turnaround time was a little longer than anticipated but given the supply chain/logistical issues occurring everywhere this was not a surprise. Be sure to add a buffer to your own project schedule to account for this, it is worth the wait!

This isn’t even a rating on the furniture because we haven’t received it yet. Poor delivery on SLA commitment. We purchased a cabinet online 7 days ago, email confirmation committed to hearing something within 72 business hours. My spouse followed up via email 6 days later with no response. I had to call the store today and was told it was in stock and ready for delivery and we should hear back “soon”. Individual in store only committed to finding out what “soon” meant when I pressed them several times. Given the price point of the furniture, regardless of sales channel used, we shouldn’t have had to force a response that is now well outside their SLA in contacting after purchase.

The quality of the products is extremely low. The pieces might be stylish, modern and mcm looking but NOT durable. My parents purchased a chair for us (see the photos) less than a year ago, we lightly used it and the back is broken. Guess the price, $995, which I am happy to spend on a chair that lasts a few years not 10 months!

I recently visited the store and I was impressed by the selection of unique and stylish pieces they had on display. Not only was the store filled with beautiful furniture, but the staff were also incredibly helpful and friendly.The staff were knowledgeable about the furniture and were able to provide valuable information about the materials and construction of each piece.Overall, I had a fantastic experience shopping at this furniture store and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for high-quality, stylish furniture with great customer service. The staff truly went above and beyond to make my shopping experience enjoyable and stress-free.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. Purchased a $900 lamp online that looked like $100 plastic from Target. Went to return it immediately. I dropped off the lamp at their store and then a week later they called and claimed the lamp was 'damaged' and would not offer a refund (not even partial) even though I returned as soon as I had a chance to unbox it.They clearly state they take returns. Otherwise I would not have purchased a $900 lamp without having seen it. To forgo a return policy is beyond reasonable for a reputable company.
