Service is fast and staff are nice. Barely anyone during weekdays. That being said, whoever visited my place with my package was definitely very lazy. Never rang the doorbell, no phone calls and just stuck a note at the front. It is as if ringing a doorbell will unalive the poor dude or something.

The worst delivering service ever. First, Fedex failed to deliver the package when I was at home. After I got the deliver tag notice from Fedex, I waited for two days and then drove to pick up the package at this location (inside Staple) shown in the notice. The package was not there. I had to waste my time to call Fedex. Fedex is awful. DHL and UPS are much better.

Terrible service at this location, go elsewhere if you can. The person at the counter was incredibly rude on the phone, didn't answer my questions and essentially told me to Google any of the questions I had.
