I brought on Kristy and Shelagh to sell my home and then work with me to buy it and the experience was amazing.Firstly, one thing that really stood out for the team was their communication. Very clear expectations were initially set, and a group chat was setup for a vast majority of communications which help for asking questions and voicing thoughts.They helped me with ensuring everything was presentable during the photo shoot, and were very flexible with showing times.When it came to the offer I received, Kristy walked me through all of the details, and offered her thoughts as I asked for them. The first time I met Kristy Masaro was when I purchased my condo in 2016.  At that time she was very efficient and made sure I was aware of everything that was going on.  She was also super helpful to get through a bumpy process with the seller in that particular real estate deal.When I decided to sell my condo in September of 2022 Kristy was the first one I called.  We discussed what was going on in the market and what I could expect.  Interest rates were increasing and impacting the market.  Everything was changing quickly and she provided valuable information for me to make a decision.  She also gave me ideas about what I could do to make my home more enticing to potential buyers.  I contacted Kristy at the end of November and we had a frank discussion, with higher interest rates and changes to rental laws and age restrictions there was really no data to determine what the market was going to do.  I determined it was better to wait a while and as soon as she saw positive signs she contacted me and we moved forward.  She didn’t push me to sell at any cost, she was making sure I had the information to do what was best for me.Her team includes Shelagh and Ashley who were amazing with their staging suggestions and with keeping me up to date on showings etc.  They even covered for me when my grandchild arrived early and I had to leave town!  My place was on the market for a short time with an open house, numerous showings and a great result!This team is professional, efficient and communicative.  I would highly recommend Kristy Masaro and her team to sell your home!

The details make all the difference, from going over what to expect when the sign goes up and listing goes live, making sure that we understood the process, but also considering current trends and our personal safety, ensuring we tucked away items of value or personalized items, hiring photographers that showed our home accurately so that people were impressed when they came in person to see the home! Giving us a heads up anytime they planned to come by our home, and having 2 people for showings to herd our fur babies that we couldn’t get out of the house. Also!
