Wonderful pet store! The owner makes sure all the animals are well cared for and go to great homes. We bought our hamster there and also adopted a rabbit from her as well. Great locally owned store.

This is the best pet store in simcoe. The owner and team know what they are talking about and are super friendly and helpful. Been going here for 5 years now and there's no other place I would go.

Staff are always helpful and pleasant. Good range of products for all pets, and knowledge to back it. Kat also sells the most adorable hand-fed birds, straight from her loving home. This is a great local gem and worth supporting!

Bought some booties from Kats about two months ago and although the store is smaller than big business pet stores, there was still lots of unique selection for treats and whatnot! I was pretty impressed and we were offered help a few times which was awesome. They seem to take good care of their little pets too and they all seemed happy and healthy. The lady who helped us (maybe the owner?) was super kind and friendly.

Just picked up my baby boy Benz today from Kat and let me say very educated there and you can tell she is about the welfare of her animals and not the dollar sign. She handles and basic trains all her pets and makes sure they are ready to go to their forever homes. I absolutely love my Ferret and would definitely buy another pet from Kat's. I will definitely be supporting her store for any pet related product I need !

Been going here ever since it first opened. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Buy dog food and toys from there. They even carry the bags of dog food to my truck as I'm a senior. They go out of their way to serve you. Thor says the same. Come find out yourself.

Thank you so much for my new budgie Petry Olivier Logan it was love at first sight for us, my other budgie Phil thought love at first sight too and I couldn't keep Petry in his Cage to settle in he really wanted out. So only after a few hours I put my hand in his cage he hoped right on me and let me bring him and decided to join Phil for a treat. Thank you so much for my new friend.
