Whether you're new or experienced, there is something for you. This gym is deserving of all the respect, love and humility one can give to it and has absolutely changed my life for the better. Great leadership, postive, most amazing gym. I've never felt comfortable in a gym until I joined LMT. This place is great for everyone, from any skill level. Such an encouraging group of people, proud to put in work here! First timers don't be intimidated, you'll love it! For all skill level and a variety of availability for classes and hours!

London Muay Thai is a legit muay thai gym with a great roster of skillful, competitive fighters, for a place where beginners are probably nervous to show up for their first class, LMT does a phenomenal job of welcoming you and making you feel like family right off the bat. The atmosphere of the gym is always upbeat and positive aimed towards making everyone in the gym better, whether it's muay thai, no-gi jiu-jitsu, weight-lifting, or overall fitness.Benny and Jessie, the owners, does a fantastic job at running the gym while being very involved with the members, his hospitality is unmatched. I can't see a trainer here that isn't welcoming to anyone.Whether you want to do competitive combat sports, up your overall fitness, or learn self-defense, you definitely will not be making a mistake coming to LMT.

I have been going to London muay thai for about 4 months now. I was (still am) a complete newbie to the world of fighting sports. London muay thai, with their excellent instructors/fighters, took the time to show me the ropes and taught me to throw a decent kick. The workouts here are intense and will challenge you, even if you are a cardio God. LMT is everything as advertised and more. I will forever be thankfull to Kru Benny and the LMT team.

One of the best places for Muay Thai!! Actually the best place for my son!! The best thing is the passion of all the amazing trainers for the craft. Highly recommend if someone wants to achieve their dreams through their body and soul.

Trained at this gym for a 4 month period over a summer. The experience was beyond satisfactory. The trainers are experienced and passionate, as well as patience and driven to help you learn. It is also conveniently located within a boxing gym, with a space and mats for bjj, perfect for if you are looking to diversify your training. There is a very strong sense of community within the atmosphere. Would strongly suggest for anyone interested in learning Muay Thai.

I've been attending this amazing Muay Thai gym for over a year now and I absolutely love it. The coaches bring great expertise and character which will encourage and enchance your abilities physically and mentally. The gym atmosphere is very welcoming and friendly; a great place for any and all to get fit!

It's the best martial art gym in London and possibly even in entire Canada hands down. The awesome atmosphere, nice coaches, great end safe environment for any level - weather you a beginner or a professional fighter. If you looking for a gym you may look no further and just go to LMT!

I recently had the opportunity to attend my first class at London Muay Thai and was absolutely blown away. As someone who has never taken part in training of this kind before the awesome staff ,welcoming atmosphere and encouragement from other members really made it a one of a kind experience. I'll definitely be attending again !!

amazing, kind atmosphere inside the hall. the trainers are very patient and well prepared. there is a children's group, and women can also participate. workouts have a level of preparation. The class schedule is scheduled for each day.
