Jan 6/23 Ultrasound tech was very good, gentle and worried about causing pain, but x-ray tech was the opposite, after a few images became very rude, and did not even offer me the stepping stool to get off the table when she could see I was struggling!

Just went over to your clinic at Stewart Green to get an x-ray. On the form I received from my doctor, it indicates the X-ray is walk in however when I got there I was told that was not true even though it is clearly stated on the form. Was told then that I would have to make an appointment and come back, with no concern that I have taken time out of my day to come over there as per indication on the form. But as I was turned away instead I went over to Mayfair Diagnostics at Westbrook who treated me with the concern and respect I deserve and took me in immediately. They will be the company I go to for my appointments from now on.

Went for a routine blood sample. Explained that my veins are hard to find in my arm and that a butterfly needle from my wrist normally works best. Technician actually listened to me, (other places just ignore me when I tell them) he took the sample that way and got it first attempt. I was so grateful and not traumatized by multiple attempts. Thank you!

Tried booking online. Received notification that they would get back to me within one business day but nothing ever came. I called to book an appointment but the lady I spoke with had such a thick accent I had an extremely difficult time understanding her. I put the date into my calendar but when I showed up was told it was the wrong day.

The technologist was super rude, I’ve done this X-ray multiple times and never had I received such an unprofessional experience. She had no empathy, and such a bad attitude. The procedure was 10 minutes and I would have rather her stay quiet then listen to her snobby comments. I had treated her with respect which she did not deserve. Whatever her problem is I’d recommend for her to keep it at home or quit her job.

My son needed an X-ray I had called the number on the req and they said it was walk-ins only as did the requisition. I changed my schedule so I could take my son for open the next day at 745. They told me that they had too many appointments and wouldn’t be able to get my son in. They need to make it clear to people if they only do appointments. I went over to Mayfair diagnostics as they open at 8am and we were in and out by 807. Don’t waste your time at CDC

Absolutely amazing I fractured my foot 3 plus months ago and go regularly here and always super fast and very friendly and really helpful . Overall just great !!! Although best to make an appointment as the wait is very long for walk ins .

I had the worst experience with two of the ultrasound technicians during my pregnancy. My doctor recommended I should go in for an ultrasound at 8 weeks. The technician I got kept complaining why I came in so early in my pregnancy during the whole appointment. When I asked her about my due date, her answer was it's to early to tell". I can easily figure out the due date on Google or using my app. How can a professional not be able to answer a basic question.Few months into my pregnancy
