Caleb & Noah are the perfect mix of professional & personable. They were friendly and answered any questions I had and did a very thorough job cleaning the vents, including the original vents that are no longer connected to the furnace to ensure any dust that could be removed was removed.I highly recommend them and will absolutely have them back next year.

Tim's employees Caleb and Noah were very professional and did a great job cleaning out my ducts after moving into my new home. Not only did they pull out a 3/4 full Pepsi bottle from my vents (what?) they removed so much hair, dust and surely things that were making my allergies so bad! They were very knowledgeable and shared the process along the way to keep me informed and made sure I knew the next steps of what to look out for once they left. I'm happy to report my breathing is noticeably improved even after 24+ hours and I am SO glad they were able to help out. Worth every penny. Get your ducts cleaned people!! Highly recommend this company.

The boys who came here did an amazing job! Not only did they excellently do their jobs they went above and beyond informing us of potential problems and things we should look at replacing. Friendly people and if you need your vents cleaned I would look no further:)

Caleb and Noah were an absolute dream team. They were so outgoing and knowledgeable, they were so great to walk me through the whole process. I actually enjoyed the time they spent cleaning my ducts, as they were full of jokes and conversation. I am amazed at the thorough job they did, they got into every single register and intake and took the time to tape up any open gaps etc.highly recommend, I’m so glad I called Thunder Bay Duct Cleaning.
