Tried calling. Got someone on the other end who's English was pretty bad. All she said was I am too busy now and hung up. If that is what people can expect, I can only imagine what kind of service to expect if we buy anything from them.

I was searching far and wide for a machine, called here, nobody answered, within not even 5 minutes I got a call back (amazing) and what took me 4 days searching, here took me 1 hour and I was in and out with my machine. She informed me of everything regarding my machine and mask, I am extremely happy with the service I got. Very efficient, quick, and Knowledgable. Most of the bad reviews I read are people who don’t understand what patience is and if someone is busy, you wait. 10/10 would recommend. Thanks a bunch!

Choose any other vendor - staff does not understand insurance reimbursement policies. This is the best place with the best customer service anywhere. They will accommodate you like no other cpap supplies/equipment business. Have been seeing Viktoriya for yrs and have never been let down even in emergency short notice situations. May they expand to all cities so people can see how a real business with client focus is run. Bobby

Went in and waited for the employee to grace me with her time. I seemed to have disturbed her from whatever she was doing. She was curt and her answers to my question were short yes and no. Not friendly. Other places offer 30 day exchange, whereas she said once its opened, it cannot be returned or exchanged. I do not recommend this place.

This was our first experience purchasing CPAP equipment and we couldn't be more satisfied. We were able to buy the prescribed equipment at a fraction of the price offered by the medical facility and our representative Julia was particularly helpful as we have no experience with the care and maintenance of the equipment and therefore had endless questions. We really appreciate his patience and thoroughness.

I've bought a CPAP machine there. Some 'package' prices are strange. Chin strap is $76, when on Amazon the same model is $12, so 500% up. Replacement filters - $180 for 6, other places - about $10 each, about 200-300% up. All sales are final. FYI

Amazing service and great choice of masks, really happy, finally found a good vendor. This company is open Saturdays, all supplies are always in stock, already recommended this place to many friends.
