Come here. Saw that double the ice cubes was put in double ice in my smoothie. When I had it. It was watery. Less taste. I tell all persons to watch the person carefully making it. Had it from different places ..And I know what I have. Not good. You want customer return ...make it right !!!

rudest staff member ever . Went for a drink this morning pure tude didn’t acknowledge me attempted to go back this afternoon for my daily drink ana’s again met with pure attitude . I don’t know how this place is still open but low key worst experience ever .

They either can’t read or they don’t care. Or both. 3 times in a row they’ve messed up my Skip order and to make it worse, they won’t even refund the FULL cost of the item so if I felt like reordering what they messed up, I’m actually still out money. I ordered ahead today by 3 HOURS and they still got it wrong even with all that time on their hands to heat something up and throw things into a blender. YOU HAD ONE JOB would be the appropriate meme here. I called and although the girl on the phone was very courteous, I felt an air of carelessness and didn’t really get anywhere with that. Probably won’t ever be ordering from this location ever again.

It's great for a quick healthy drink. It's a bit too expensive to have daily but it's ok for a treat. A lot more expensive than an ice cream treat

I have been to this location a number of times now and cannot help but notice that the staff is a little “unfriendly”. Let me try and explain what i mean - they are not rude - just, not customer focused. As an example, i went in, ordered two drinks. The order was taken without a hint of smile. Almost like she is done with this job. Furthermore, the drink was prepared and left on the counter without letting me know that the order is ready, while I sat there on the table barely 2 ft away! If it was a busy place, i’d understand, but I was the only customer there at the time.May be they need some sort of a training to be more customer friendly...

I have been here dozens of times and although the smoothies are good Lindsay that works here is beyond rude. She has greeted myself and my family with a scowl and and hateful attitude every single time we've been here and we're actually not bad people! We've never been rude to her and we always use our manners. It's not just us, I've seen her treat other customers this way too. Shouldn't be acceptable. I shouldn't leave Booster Juice each time feeling remorseful from yet another bad experience with Lindsay. We won't be back to this location, too bad because it is close.

It's a fast nutritious meal in a big cup. With the added protein and energy boosters it is enough for me if I don't have time to eat a full meal. Love all the variety
