The teens look like they have been smoking, it's legal to purchase when the age 18 I believe. And the food was good but the place was a mess. And they need to fix how they treat people.

My boyfriend and I are frequent late night indulgence goers. We LOVE LOVE LOVE JJ, he is so helpful, so kind, so informative, and hilarious too. He is the main reason we enjoy going to Jack in the box.

Terrible service. Last week I ordered loaded fries without the bacon get home and there is bacon all over. Went back next day and ordered again, made sure no bacon losing out on my first orders money. Tonight I go and try to order and the guy tells me he cannot make it without bacon because the bacon is in the cheese sauce. Then how did I order it without bacon previously? It's like there is never a manager here and no one communicated. The only accepting is the wonder lady that helped me the other day and made sure I had no bacon on my order.

This store is perennially understaffed with shotty equipment, a broken drive through and with rude employees that have messed up my simple order (a #22 meal) 4 times in a row (just today) and has argued with me each time i try to get it corrected. I will no longer be a patron to this franchise. Zero stars, would not recommend.

The order took 10 full minutes, all I ordered was the simple 2 for $4 breakfast sandwiches. Normally the order goes well, but this time it took forever and I would not suggest this sandwich, the hamburger" buns were quite moist

I was ordering through drive thru. The lady was very rude had a piercings on her face Hickey's all over her very unprofessional in my opinion. Had attitude the whole time and got the wrong tenders This place sure has gone downhill. The past few years will not be returning to this Jack in the Box.

Absolutely the worlds slowest drive thru I’ve ever experienced. And most of the time the employees are rude. Also I witnessed an employee using their bare hands to put product into fryers. Sanitation seems to not matter at this location.

This place is straight trash. There’s no leadership and absolutely horrible service. Here picking up DoorDash. I’m like two blocks away by the time I got here they’re giving away the order. Now been standing here for over 10 minutes waiting for them to remake the order. They said, I gotta take priority other customers. So apparently the DoorDash people are not customers. Then act like they don’t know what’s going on. So if you want to go somewhere where it’s trashy and you’re treated like garbage and they don’t care about their customers or their customers door Dashers why should we care about them?

Insanely slow, I was locked in the drive through for over 20 minutes with two cars In front of me. Absolutely pitiful and ridiculous. When the food came it was cold and extremely low quality. Absolute trash.... Prices have doubled and quality is at an all time absolute low. Like scraping the bottom of the barrel till you reach h@!!.

I stopped at Jack's today 6/26 passing through town and orderd 2 curly fries and all I got was a single curly fry mixed with seasoned fries. Didn't notice until I was down the road.We dont have Jack in the Box where I live. And its a special treat to sink my teeth and lather my taste buds on Jack's famous curly fries.
