Not impressed with my service on a suit rental for a wedding I was attending! Had put in a rental for a suit and when the suit came in I wasn't impressed in quality for the price I was paying. I told the staff member I didn't like the clip on tie that came with the $300 suit rental and his response was wait until you see the shoes

We went there today to buy 2 full suits plus shirts for my husband and son. First I want to say the sales staff was terrific. So friendly and helpful getting them fitted. Beautiful selection to choose from. However this company lost a sale today because they don’t carry any sizes smaller than 34” waist in pants. We asked if he could order the correct size in and you could tell he felt so bad but he said corporate won’t let them right now as they are trying to save money. This is poor policy in corporate level. We walked away and spent almost a $1000 at another store instead. Don’t tie the hands of your sales staff!

I had an exceptional experience at Moore's. I came in on a very slow night. The guys working there were quick to jump up and extremely helpful with aiding me with putting together an outfit for a special event. They found items that fit properly after measuring me. They made good suggestions. After I had pants, two new shirts, and a vest picked out I got an even better than advertised discount when I went to pay. A very enjoyable experience, I will go there again.

Needed help with measurements for a uniform and was helped right away even though they stood not to benefit from the time. Will definitely shop here for all my needs! Thank you!

Bought A pair of pants and a shirt but needed to exchange them. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly! They were efficient and communicated with me to ensure I got what I needed! Management was very friendly and supportive and gave great advice about the products!

We asked a lot of questions with our consultant for our wedding suit rentals but even still, items in our rental were ordered in the wrong color and were not at all what we wanted. We didn't end up using the jackets or bow ties and ties for our wedding rentals and when we notified the staff they apolgozied but didn't offer much help to rectify the situation. They just advised us that that particular consultant wasn't with them anymore.Our wedding was two and a half days away by the time the rentals came in and we ended up buying bowties from them, spending more money at the store, although discounted, to try to make it work.It wasn't until we reached out to the moores website that we actually received somewhat of a refund and it was only on the grooms suit.Not very impressed with the result of the rentals and the assistance following.

Forgot items in my rental, and then when I did get it, we were charged extra when they did arrive and the shoes didn't even fit.Hours listed on multiple websites (Google included) do not match the hours on the door at the location. As I live a couple hours away this was a major pain as I couldn't drop it off even though I arrived when they were supposed to be open. Luckily I was able to find someone to drop it off for me so I didn't have to pay a late charge.I would buy a suit somewhere else next time instead and wouldn't recommend using their rentals for any special events. The entire wedding party had issues with Moore's (other locations as well) which just added stress to the wedding day.It pains me as the staff honestly seemed very excited to help and very friendly. I might go back someday to buy items, but certainly wouldn't ever want to use them for rentals again.

My brother and I went in for a couple of suits for a wedding and John was a great help. We went in with the expectation of purchasing a suit of the rack, John explained the benefits of custom ordering, which was a similar cost to of the rack. Through the process of fitting and timing exactly what we wanted John was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend seeing John at Moore’s in MH!
