Having observed my wife's recent business with Me Bourassa as a vendor in a real estate transaction, and having read some of the below reviews, I am surprised to be sharing a negative experience.The experience with the office and Me Bourassa was very rushed, not well prepared for our appointment, and certainly did not go above and beyond as other reviews have stated. The office also did not respect their posted, and verbally communicated business hours.After the transaction, we found out the bank was overpaid, but even before when we questioned some additional amounts on the calculations, we were told by the notaire that these additional amounts were at the request of the bank. This could have been prevented.Most people rely on professionals like Me Bourassa to provide clarification and ensure a smooth transaction, as this is not a daily occurrence for them. If you share these same expectations, choose carefully.
