A short hike, not too busy. Good for introvert’s photo sessions. Watch out for Gate Closing hours.

Lots stairs. Cool place very windy when we went. But it's worth it.

Wow thousand and one steps! That sounds like a fun little work out and approximately 1/3 the steps of the grouse grind. But no they are only around 220 steps. But it’s a nice sturdy wooden structure and looks to be well maintained and leads down to a trail which parallels the railroad tracks until there’s a graffiti painted tunnel going underneath to a very small beach at high tide.We were there around high tide and there wasn’t much walking space. But it looks like it could be a nice beach at lower tide with plenty of space to go walk.

So i had come here before but i never actually went down the steps, now i did and i thought it would be worse. I thought it would be hard to get up but it was actually pretty easy. The tunnel and beach at the end are so cool. I recommend you come here on a sunny or rainy day since it’s very pretty either way

Cool spot to head down to the beach. But not in fact actually 1001 steps. I believe there are 284 in all.At the bottom of the steps, keep going down the trail to the right for 100 or 200 metres. There is a neat little tunnel that goes under the train tracks to the beach. From what I hear, if you keep going along the beach, there is a clothing optional area of the beach a little further on.Very limited parking.

Leads down to a trail that follows the railroad tracks, eventually leading to a graffiti-painted tunnel, which opens up to a small beach at high tide. When the tide is lower, the beach is much bigger, providing plenty of room to explore. Nice place to relax and look at the sunset.

Beautiful ocean view down to the water. I could only count 336 wooden steps including the platform.

The wooden structure is impressive, well-maintained, and boasts around 210+- steps - though it may seem like a thousand and one. It leads down to a trail that follows the railroad tracks, eventually leading to a graffiti-painted tunnel, which opens up to a small beach at high tide. When the tide is lower, the beach is much bigger, providing plenty of room to explore. Nice place to relax and look at the sunset.
