Lois 'N' Frima's Ice Cream

The ice cream is absolutely amazing!! I have never been disappointed. The hot dogs are great but the poutine is bad. It's basically McCain frozen fries with gravy and cheese curds. I have to use a spoon because the fries are just mush. Only about a third of my poutine actually had gravy.

So delicious! So friendly! We had waffle cones and tried the mango, creamsicle swirl and Nanaimo bar. Everything was delicious and the people are warm and welcoming. My daughter thought she heard a staff member say to another customer that their waffle cones are gluten free…need to confirm, but if so we’ll bring our GF friends and family next time. Either way, those cones are so yummy! We’ll be back.

Their ice cream is always so delicious and so many options to choose from. Waffle cone is thin and crispy which I prefer over the other ones you can find. In my opinion, they are generous with the serving. The customer service has been excellent at every visit. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED if you want good quality ice cream. I love this ❤❤

It hurts to have to give just 2 stars as the ice cream was great. It was the scent as we walked in the store that garners the 2.It was just a sour, unclean smell. I wanted to turn and walk out but hubby ordered so I did too. I won't be back.

They have some delicious flavors. Even their soft serve was amazing. Portion sizes are huge. Kids size will be plenty for adults as well. Definitely worth a visit or more.

The best icecream shop in Stittsville. The homemade icecream shop is open during the summer months and people all over Ottawa visit this cute place to enjoy different flavours of icecream. You can also take tub of icecream with you home. They offer different scope sizes, also 500 ml to 1ltr of icecream. If you are in Stittsville do stop by and enjoy the icecream during summer months.

Ok if I could give 6 stars I would. Went there today to celebrate my daughter's graduation with a little treat. Let me count the ways they absolutely excelled:1. Friendly and amazing customer service and very happy to let you try samples that you might find interesting.2. Not only lactose free ice cream, but actual choices for those who can't have lactose like my daughter... her favorite? Salted Caramel.3 The ice cream quality was second to none in my life...I had a coffee double double and it was literally the best ice cream I have had.4. Servicing size and price were very good. To be honest we bought regular waffle cones and 3 of 4 of us couldn't finish.It was our first time today and for sure my car will point there many times in the future.Amazing, thank you!

Best ice cream in Stittsville, authentic flavours and huge scoops

Awesome variety, including my favourite- butter pecan! They don't always have every flavour, but their ice cream is always deliciously smooth and creamy. But the portions are pretty enormous so you would probably want the 1/2 scoops if you think you want a full scoop.

There’re two staffs working here when I dropped by in the evening. The girl who was wearing a pair of glasses provided excellent service. Her colleague was chatting with “friends” the whole time and ignored all the customers.
