Had a bathroom fan installed which got done very well but it went over 6 hours and a second guy had to come for two of those hours so we got charged over 8. Internet said the job takes 1-2 hours I know this is not always the case. It’s $90/hour. No one explained what was going to happen or how long it would take I never signed anything just received the bill. Also no one asked me if I wanted the light and fan on a separate switch so my babies room is right beside the bathroom and I can’t turn the switch on because the fan will wake the baby up.

I had accidentally" broke a piece on my furnace at home.... Oops.. Lol.. And the guys at Burgess were brilliant..Not only did they help me get the part but it was the same day so I didn't have to wait for it.. And be cold..."

Save your self a lot of money and shop elsewhere. Had them install a new hot water tank and was charged 600-800$ more than other places. My fault for not getting other quotes but I thought I was dealing with a fair reputable company and I was sadly mistaken.

The past I needed doesn't exist anymore. We were able to work together to figure something out.

They were working on the apartment building I live in and I had an unrelated issue at the same time. They fixed it at no charge simply because they were in the area, much appreciated.

Scheduled service between 9 an noon. Never showed up or phoned that can not make it. I lost money due to cancelling my job to wait for them. After I told they have to take responsibility for my financial loss as they did not notify me they said I was abrupt and they will never serve me anymore.Apparently plumber had things go out of schedule on his other contract but they chose not to notify me as customer. Aweful entitled company.

Very helpful and friendly staff

Had them come out to take a look at my furnace and AC. They fixed it up right quick and installed my nest thermostat for me -didn’t even take an hour. Great customer service and friendly techs. 10/10 would recommend

Burgess was hired to install a water line to my fridge for water and ice. Shortly after the fitting blew and flooded our home causing significant damage. They have been unresponsive, would not take responsibility for their work stating that it is the fault of the manufacturer for the faulty fitting. They have left us responsible for all payments incurred because of what they installed. They installed the fitting, they should be responsible, they should go after the manufacturer for refunds and for damages not the customer. I have been a property manager for over 30 years and have used many plumbing companies in the course of my work and they are by far the worst I have ever used. Do not use this company, there are far more reputable companies in Williams Lake who care for their customers.

First off, this team is great! I always appreciate the customer service attention they exemplify.But I can't get by the fact that I paid a lot 4 years ago for a brand new Lennox AC and that it needed to be repaired so shortly after installation for almost half the purchase price. Do I blame Lennox or Burgess? I can't be sure, but I'm going to avoid both from now on.
