Very disappointing! Do not order from this company! My wife who lives overseas ordererd online a flower bouquet (price was over $100) for a friend in Vancouver because her husband recently passed away. The flower bouquet never got delivered!After contacting the company, my wife got the information that the company couldn't reach our friend in Vancouver although we provided the company with our friend's phone number. Our friend never got a phone call.The company then offered to redeliver the flower bouquet for an extra fee which was almost the price of the flower bouquet itself. This is not the way you deal with customer feedback. Especially not under those tragic circumstances.Long story short, lesson learned the hard way. My wife will definitely never order anything from this company!!

Make sure to read reviews before ordering. Ordered same day delivery and got nothing. No email or anything to communicate why it wasn’t delivered. Hope to get a refund, would not recommend.

My friend and I placed an order and it never arrived! We contacted Vancouver Blooms and they took no responsibility and told us to manage things with the delivery company, which showed as being in the delivery hub for weeks. Obviously flowers do not last long enough for delays to happen. No accountability or communication from this company.

0 star!It is a fake website! Payment sent but never got the flowers. No one responses emails or phone calls! Stay away from this!!!!!!!

Our experience with this company was very upsetting .We ordered succulent arrangement for our daughter's birthday.First it was not delivered even though the delivery was prepaid. She had to walk for 30 min to a convenience store to pick them up. When she opened the box at home she found the pot broken and the plants looked half dead. The worst thing was that it was a random item, absolutely different from what we ordered.The communication was very bad too. They never picked up the phone and kept sending us irrelevant responses when we tried to solve the issue through emails.We can't say any single good word about this company.

Scammers. Don’t ever order from these people they charge extras for nothing ! Their options for delivery are fake because they won’t go by what they have put out there… I hope this company gets shut down for scamming so many people. LEARN HOW TO RUN A BUSINESS!!!! This time you guys won’t get away with scamming people, pathetic and uneducated owners honestly.

Awesome florist. Flowers were so fresh, customer service was great. Amazing Value !! Will defiantly order from them again. Linda was so nice.

The flowers are alright but the customer service is abysmal. When they went to drop off flowers for Mother's Day, my mom wasn't home when they texted and requested they leave them with the concierge. After that, there was no confirmation that they were left there. When I called to inquire, they said all phone lines were busy so leave a message and they'll call me back within 2 hours. They did not. I tried calling again and leaving another message - again NEVER called back. When emailed, I received a very short and uninformative email from Preetika. Considering they charge $18 for local delivery, I would expect better delivery results.

Total waste of time and money. Didn't deliver the flowers, and didn't notify me to let me know. Called multiple times and left voice mails, with no response.
