Sam is the best ! She has been grooming our dog for over a year at pet valu and we were so glad to have her back in our lives. The experience at the house was great ! She groomed both of our dogs. Took her time and did an awesome job. I highly recommend her !!Thank you Sam.

Sam and Penni (and Hodu) are amazing. They take care of all of the dogs between my house and my parents. They have taken great care of the old babies that need extra time and care, a long haired opinionated" old girl and massive (physically and emotionally) sucks. They have also groomed our babies with special skin issues and other physical issues. Our babies are always happy and look and smell amazing after their spa days. If you are looking for a groomer that loves what they do and cares for the animals they are pampering than Sam is your go to."

Just had our Bernadoodle in for the first time with Russell's. They were professional, caring, and did an excellent job of giving our dog a wonderful haircut. Can't wait to see them again at our next appointment.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars!! Sam is amazing with my sweet pup, Gus. He looks forward to hanging out with his buddy Hodu and getting his Spaw Day!! The cute bow she adds is always nice. We only trust sam with our grooming, very talented and caring for your animal aka family member. Wouldnt trust anyone else :)

The best groomer around! Sam is honestly one of the best in the biz. My dog Reggie loves getting his monthly grooms and spending time with Sam. He always leaves happy, smelling good and sooooo soft. I won’t let anyone else groom my dog but Sam.Can’t recommend enough!

Sam is amazing! They were professional, caring, and so cautious and respectful of my dogs boundaries and anxiety. This grooming service has been the only one to successfully cut my dogs hair. With more appointments in the future I am sure he will be relieved of his grooming anxiety because of the safe and happy atmosphere they create.

When you first meet Sam, you are instantly drawn in by how friendly, sociable, personable and compassionate they are. They take their time to get to know your furry friend and you instantly realize that animals hold such a special place in their heart. Sam is also so incredibly skilled and it is clear that they are experts in precise scissor work and that they have such a keen eye for detail. I handed them over a scruffy dog and they handed me back a flawless show dog. It is no secret that Sam is the most exceptional dog groomer and we will definitely use them for life!
